Great one-bedroom spot just a block from Transfer food hall and Burial. Perfect for a 2-person weekend stay. Plenty of street parking in the area but not even needed since there's a driveway for one car! Occasional road noise overnight, but there's a sound machine provided to drown it out.

Our stay was everything and more than what we expected, the place was cozy and homey with more than enough room and we enjoyed the food places we went to! Definitely recommend checking out the Mexican restaurant near by called Carajillo's Mexican Kitchen it was amazing we loved it !

Excellent property that is modern (brand new construction!), clean, super well equipped (4 full bathrooms! 4 great bedrooms! We don’t use it but nice kitchen), well located (easy to get to highways for RTP and UNC Chapel Hill (or Duke if you must) and plenty of amenities nearby. Joshua was a great, friendly, professional and very responsive host. Hot water didn’t work on day 1 - disappointing as we couldn’t shower on the way out but Joshua had it fixed asap on the same day. It’s a new house with construction happening next door, but we were out all day and didn’t mind. We would definitely rent this property again and be delighted to work with a Joshua who is a model host. Thank you, Joshua!

Perfect place to stay! The unit is in a quiet friendly community. The apartment unit, workout room, and pool areas were amazing and clean. Restaurants and shopping were close. Any questions we had were addressed promptly.

I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that was in someone’s backyard before. I was a little iffy about it at first, I didn’t want to be in their way and vice versa. They were more than helpful and when we were swimming they came out and told us where the pool accessories were and that if we wanted to play cornhole and other games that they would set them up for us. Great stay and even better people!

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

Had so much planned during our short stay that we didn't spend a whole lot of time at the airbnb but it was exactly what we needed with a place to come back and relax after a long day of activities. Would recommend.

Overall a nice little spot, location was good proximity wise to the city and other stuff. The neighbors are quite close on both sides so not the most private but didn’t bother us. Would stay again !!

We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect location to the venue. There were 4 adults and 2 children and we all had enough space to move around.

We loved the running theme! The home was in a quiet neighborhood and great for our one night stay. We had no issues during our stay.

Jonny's home looked exactly like the pictures. Beautifully decorated and super clean. Easy checkin and out, no isssues what so ever. I highly recommend his home to anyone looking to stay in the Clayton area. He allowed us to check in a little before the scheduled time and we so appreciated that. You will not be disappointed!

House was immaculate, neighborhood was gorgeous… easy to get to…. The pool was nice but we got kicked out but the HOA president and police (we were not loud or anything- our kids just wanted to swim and it was later in the day and the cops said a party earlier in the day was too loud so the pool would be closed the rest of the day, sounded like bs but we left without a problem). Overall it was nice.

Lovely property. Comfortable, well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient, safe location. Wonderful host communication, and friendly! Absolutely would stay again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home!

we were in town for an event a Lenovo center. this was 6min out . perfect location was a little worried fron outside appearance when I first arrived but all was well and the unit was perfect

Lynne communicated with us and was responsive when we let her know a couple of things had run out. The home was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and spacious living area. The location was safe and perfect for our needs.

We did a staycation at this Airbnb and we absolutely loved the location! You’re right next to a Starbucks, great rooftop restaurants and less than 5 minutes from the main strip of bars & restaurants in downtown Raleigh! Only downside is the pool was closed unfortunately but definitely would stay here again!

My wife and I were in town to visit with our daughter and to attend a concert at Coastal Credit Union at Walnut Creek. The location is ideal for getting anywhere in the Raleigh area. It was very quiet the entire weekend we visited. The place is perfectly appointed- we especially appreciated the king-size bed which is rare for this size place! Amazing shopping, restaurants and bars all within easy walking distance. Audra provided proactive and very clear instructions. Audra is clearly passionate about providing exceptional customer service, and it shows in every detail! We look forward to staying at Audra’s place again the next time we are in Raleigh! Everything about our experience was perfect!

Kiyonna’s place is beautiful. Very comfortable , cozy , and cute. Check in instructions were clear aiding in a smooth check in as well as check out. Kiyonna is a very responsive host! We enjoyed our stay.
