This was a very relaxing home away from home for us. Every few months we make a trip to the Raleigh-Cary area to visit our son who is a graduate student at NC State. This includes my husband, myself, and our 11 yr old Sheltie. We are able to spend time in a relaxed environment with our son. Apartment had all the amenities we needed. Location is great. Immediate neighborhood very walkable with very cute homes. Trader Joe’s and WholeFoods very close by. Lots of good restaurants. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Stayed for Dreamville Festival & it was amazing pricing compared to everyone surrounding! They were very responsive & helpful. We ran out of paper towels & I didn’t see any detergent for the washer, but everything else was good! Pretty spacious too. It is a pretty quiet area. The couch is not the comfiest, but nothing I wouldn’t stay again over! We had an 11 hour drive ahead of us and they let us stay an extra hour over the 10am check out time because my breakfast wasn’t finished cooking & we were exhausted after the long weekend. So so thankful for them allowing us to stay past the check out time!! ❤️❤️

We enjoyed this home for our visit! It was just the right size and very clean. The entrance has a short gravel parking area, which made it a bit tricky to park when we arrived at night, but it ended up working out just fine. The lights were on when we got there around 9:00 PM, which was a lovely touch and made finding the place a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Village District Retreat Near NC State

Our second stay at Gayla's place, so repeat customer. Proximity to Village District and NCSU is super. Good shopping and restaurants nearby. The house and appointments are perfect. The hired hand, Mark, takes care of the trash cans and yard and does a great job, good addition to the lodging package. He stays out of the way but offers to help too. We will return.

Great host and beautiful home! We enjoyed our stay! Tom and Dil were very responsive and friendly. The home is spacious and clean. The guests who visited also loved the place. They were very welcoming and I appreciate the whole experience. I highly recommend and would love to rent their home again in the future

Audrey is one of the best host there is on this app. She really made me feel welcome and the place was beautiful and clean. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and relatively close to everything in the city. Her dogs are the sweetest and really added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. Audrey herself is an amazing person with lots of great stories to tell and an easy going personality that makes it easy to chat for hours. Audrey even made a binder that contains a list of stuff to do in the area plus restaurant menus of places she recommends, making it really easy to familiarize with the area. Overall I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Raleigh.

When I moved to Jim's place, I had already been living in Raleigh for almost 1 year. I already had a clear idea why I wanted to live there. It is the proximity to shops and restaurants, also, the place is near to the north campus area of ncstate. The place is quiet and green, in short peace. Jim's a great guy, very helpful, and takes good care of guests and the place. I highly recommend Jim and the place. I will remember this experience whenever I think of my time in Raleigh.
