This house in Historic Oakwood was a Grand Dame, showing her age yet still elegant. We especially were happy to find so many bathrooms in a house this age. Nearby grocery and pizza were helpful. We didn't do laundry, but the facilities were available. Would book again.

Zach’s place is wonderful, but if you bring pets be aware that the backyard does not have grass, so your pet will bring in sticks, bark, and other tree - shedded items. They’re almost completely impossible to sweep out every day. Despite that, it a comfortable place to stay, so, it is still a great Airbnb.

Great home in Raleigh; close to downtown and easy to get to! Quiet street and friendly neighbors! Nice area to walk around and the outside deck was enjoyable! Just as pictured and clean! Highly recommend for visiting downtown Raleigh, like we did, and close to NC State as well. Quick, responsive and clear communication from booking to checking out!

Perfect Townhome near the Village, NC State

Cozy with Character. Lots of space, for up to 4 people. Felt right at home. Location is good. Village District has great restaurants. We tried a few of the recommendations. Safe location, we ran/walked the area between 6-7a. No issues. Water pressure (big for me) was GREAT! Quick hot water. Beds & pillows (subjective) for us, very comfortable. The 1/2 bath, downstairs, great idea! Dont have to go up/downstairs to use the bathroom. Heres my "character" - its an older home (but nicely updated) and has WOODEN FLOORS. So, if youre a lite sleeper, the floors upstairs creak. Once someone goes to the bathroom, you might wake up. Also, heard the train, in the distance, but it didnt affect us. Its a duplex, so you might hear the neighbor (music) from time to time. It wasnt a nuisance. NOTE - If youre under 5'0", getting in & out of bed is a bit of a challenge. Hosts were very responsive. If were ever in Raleigh, we will def stay here again. 🤙

We enjoyed getting to stay at Larry & Sandra's place in Raleigh for an extended weekend trip! The place itself felt private and was in a nice quiet area, and it was only a short drive from pretty much everything we did in Raleigh. Best of both worlds getting to enjoy being close to everything but also having a quiet place to come rest at. Everything inside was clean and exactly as described and we felt right at home. The property that this place sits on is very well kept up with, beautiful backyward waterfall setup and lots of flowers everywhere, it's easy to see Larry and Sandra take pride in their place! They also checked in with us upon arrival to make sure everything went smoothly, super nice folks! Thank you for letting us stay here, we really enjoyed it!

Enchanting Raleigh Retreat On Two Wooded Acres!

If you want to be near Cary, Raleigh, or other towns south of Raleigh, but you want some privacy and a serene outdoor environment, this is the spot for you! I enjoyed the peace and serenity of the area and the coziness of the house. PJ and Ann were very responsive and let me adjust my stay when my travel plans changed. If I need a place to stay in Raleigh in the future, I would definitely book again!

Great spot! Host is very responsive and friendly, house was very clean, fenced in yard was great for the pups. Beautiful trees surround the house. It is on a somewhat busy road, so expect some traffic noise, especially in the bedrooms, but still doable even for a country girl ;)

Katie’s place was just what we needed for our two night stay close to the hospital in Raleigh. It was extremely clean and the washer and dryer were helpful amenities to have while there as well. We are not accustomed to sleeping on a memory foam mattress so it took a little getting used to but it was fine. Katie was responsive to any questions and proactive with additional information about the house and the area which was much appreciated.

A white shelving unit displays a variety of games and toys. Notable items include board games, books, and colorful containers. A plush toy in the shape of a fish and sports equipment, such as a football and a soccer ball, are placed in storage baskets below.

We were in town specifically for an event at the NC State Fairgrounds. This location was ideal for back and forth access and treks to the fairgrounds daily. Home is comfortable and provided everything we needed. There is even a grocery store minutes away for the random things we needed (or forgot). We'd stay again.

My family had a wonderful family weekend here. The apartment was in the best location for walking around NC State and getting to downtown Raleigh and restaurants. Each of my adult children had their own bedroom and own bathroom, which was fabulous. Look forward to staying here again.

Michael was a great host! He was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. The studio apartment was so cute and quaint. Perfect for what we needed for our Dreamville trip! It’s on the outskirts of the city but not too far. A perfect peaceful quiet street. 10 out of 10 recommend.

We absolutely loved this condo. It was so cute, so close to downtown, and so cozy. We truly enjoyed hanging out in the living room and both of us had never had better sleep! If I ever come back to visit Raleigh, I wouldn’t even look at staying at another condo. The hosts were also very responsive and kept the place clean and cozy.
