Easy access to destinations such as the three-river city of Passau or the Bavarian Forest. Bakery, butcher and NettoMarket only about 3 km away. Furnishings from the 1960s. The highlight is the covered patio with large table and benches. The walnut tree on the back of the house offers shade and relaxation on the edge of the forest in summer.

The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Our apartment Am Klopferbach I is located at the end of a side street nestled in the countryside. The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the wooden house built in 2020, consisting of an entrance, a bright cozy living room, a kitchenette with basic amenities, bathroom and bedroom with wooden floor and forest terrace. The Klopferbacherl flows at the foot of the property and the park offers a spacious children's playground in addition to a pub pool.

This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.
