Tervetuloa rentouttavalle lomalle Villa Kovallaan (huvila 90 m2, rantasauna & tupakeittiö 23 m2) Kerimäelle, Paasselän järven rannalle. Huvila on rakennettu 2009. Villa Kovallassa vietät rauhallisen ja nautinnollisen loman. Huvila on korkeatasoisesti varusteltu, ja takka tarjoaa tunnelmalliset illanvietot. Huvilasta on näkymät järvelle. Lisäksi saunarakennuksessa nautit puukiukaan pehmeistä löylyistä samalla ihaillen Saimaan järvimaisemia suoraan saunan lauteilta. Pihalla on Valugrillin grilli.

Eine typische finnische Sommerhütte mit grossem Panoramafenster zum See. Gemütliche, aber einfache Ausstattung. Kleine Küche und Strom vorhanden. Zwei übereinander gelegene Schlafkojen mit Matratzen für je bis zu 4 Personen und ein Extrabett im unteren Schlafgemach. Auf dem Gelände gibt es noch eine eigene Gästehütte, wo 2 Personen bequem übernachten können. Draussen gelegene Öko-Toilette. Die Hütte hat eine eigene Sauna mit Holzfeuerung, einen Kamin innen und einen draussen an der Terrasse.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Tervetuloa pihapiirimme vanhaan pirttiin! Tässä alkuperäisessä ja ainutlaatuisessa 30-luvun tervapirtissä on tunnelmaa, ja rauhallisessa lomakohteessa on helppo rentoutua, vaikka vanha pirtti onkin osa asuttua pihapiiriämme. Uimaranta sopii lapsille, soutuvene käytössä. Saunavuorolla uuden rantasaunan käyttömahdollisuus, saunassa suihkut ja wc. Omat liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet tuotava mukana. Poikkeustilanteessa liinavaatteet järjestyy kuitenkin majapaikasta erillisveloituksella.
