Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Joensuu

We stayed here for a night while travelling for business. The place is superb, very clean, a high quality home. Check-in was so convenient, the place was closely located to the city (by car) and plenty of space ensured we all had our privacy. Warm recommendation!

The villa is beautifully and restfully decorated and very bright. Spotlights bring a cozy vibe. The beds are very good. We needed blackout curtains. Reflector vests and headlamps can be found in the coat rack. The dishes are well and beautiful. There are all the tools for cooking. Vacationers felt very welcome. It was pleasant to do business with the landlady. There were three generations of us spending a holiday week in this beautiful and cozy log villa.

Pure relaxation, quiet place, but also suitable for remote work. Host Jari and his wife are super friendly and nice and make an effort to make sure you have a nice holiday. Everything you need is available in the accommodation, good shopping is available within a radius of about 10 km. The lake invites you to swim and the sunsets are breathtaking. Everything worked as agreed, the instructions were clear and Mari was friendly in her messages. The house was a bit like a granny's, met expectations based on photos & what was told. Good value for the price. The yard and the jogging terrain were also very suitable for the dog.

We stayed for one night and the listing really matched the description 😊 The place was clean, with good travel instructions, we were able to get there easily, and we got a good steam in the yard sauna!

The host was very welcoming and not only the facilities provided, the information was comprehensive, but was also able to provide timely and effective assistance when we needed help.Even though I have returned home now, I miss Jouko's house and the cozy and warm fireplace, so I can still feel the warmth of home in a cold foreign country!

We stayed 5 nights in Kristiina's cosy semi-attached apartment. Although, the apartment felt more like a cottage. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The nature around is absolutely stunning with excellent hiking routes. We were surprised by the lake views from the apartment and enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evenings. The apartment is fairly close to amenities, although having your own transport seems essential.

We had a great stay at Miia's cozy little apartment right in the heart of Koli Nationalpark. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, the well equipped kitchen and the coffe and tea bar. Beautifully decorated and well cared for. :)

Everything was very good😍, very clean and tidy, 🌹and the best thing for us was that it was very nice and comfortable for us in a wheelchair, but one thing that was a little awkward was the bathroom, which was a little awkward in a wheelchair because the toilet was in the corner.

Everything went very smoothly with the stay😎 The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around. He said he was at the end of the call if there were any issues. We had a fuse for the stay while two electric cars were charging, but the owner rushed in for about 15 minutes from the call, even though he was already driving away from Koli. A big plus for responding quickly! The place was in very tidy condition, everything you need was found for a diverse stay for cooking and quality time. The big sauna was excellent and the firewood was stocked. An atmospheric but luxurious stay provided everything our group of friends hoped for an active vacation in Koli's scenery. The ski track was also quickly accessible from the vicinity of the property, in the evening the fireplace and log milieu provided a space for calming down. We'll also choose the listing for the second time if Koli's scenery is on the road👍 I definitely recommend the stay and the service was first-class!🙏

Very cozy home in a beautiful and peaceful location. Less than an hour to Koli and 15 minutes to Joensuu. Amazing sauna.

The house has everything you need and more. It was clean and very lovingly furnished. The friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts is particularly noteworthy!

We took a road trip through Finland, and this was the most beautiful home on the trip for us. For those looking for relaxation surrounded by nature, it is the ideal home. We used all the amenities offered (sauna, heated pool, boat...) and everything went very well. Great communication with Marjatta always ready to solve any of our requests. The house is very large and well furnished. Warm and welcoming. I'd stay again.

It was a great place with a peaceful surrounding to enjoy vacations. The place was easy to find and had everything needed for a good time. There was a boat available but we could not use that because of bad weather. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great holiday house next to a beautiful big lake and within a short driving distance from the famous Koli.

The stay went well at Petro's place. Even though there are neighboring cottages on both sides, there's plenty of privacy and peace. The extra paid outdoor hot tub was a pleasant bonus, especially on chilly days. The cottage was clean and tastefully decorated and equipped. My recommendation!

I went here with 10 friends for midsommar! it was really peaceful and beautiful.

This is an amazing cottage in beautiful surroundings. The house was well-equipped and exactly as described. The hosts were very flexible and accomodating.
