Jess’s place was everything we imagined and more. Beautiful gem well worth the price plus, very responsive and helpful hosts.

Carolina’s place was the perfect combination of having everything we wanted in a place to stay and being close to downtown Cozumel when we wanted see the sights. There was more than enough space for the two of us, from the spacious master bedroom with an amazing view, to the fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. We were outside more than in, either soaking up the sun, relaxing in the pool, or taking the ladder down fight into the ocean. We had planned to take snorkel tours during our visit, but the underwater life right in front of Casa Rojas was varied and spectacular. We had rented a car to take in all the island’s sights, but we were also able to comfortably walk into Centro Cozumel from the house. Carolina was communicative from the day we booked and throughout our stay. Needless to say, Carolina and Casa Rojas made our first visit to Cozumel everything we could have hoped for!

The house was largely as described, the kitchen had everything needed for anything we wanted to prepare. The hosts were incredibly responsive to minor issues and they were addressed promptly and with great communication to ensure our comfort. The only issues were one bedroom was described as a queen bed but had two (I think) twins or fulls. The guestbook provided had many great places to visit, the homes proximity to both Puerto Morales and Playa provides a long list of options for dining and things to do. We would definitely visit again and stay at this house.

As often happens the map under "directions" was off by many km. so follow her message, but to make it more clear: coming south from cancun use the RETORNO at Valntin IMperial, and go back north on the carretera, the very next dirt road to the right, you can't see a guard shack from the road. Then the beach isn't at the end of the driveway, it is at the left turn. it seems locked, stick your hand through the gate. Path through some brush to a nice spot no one seems to use except you. the place is great, no one uses the pool except you. lovely patio. HOst will help with little details promptly.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

Great place, extremely clean and beautiful furnished. Luis Fernando was very responsive and helpful. Left take out options and his mother I law was super sweet with us and took us to buy some stuff to a close buy convenience store. Overall we had a great stay. Definitely recommend and will keep in mind for future bookings

Very nice place to stay. Great view and area. Had some details with the cleaning. Also the host took a bit to respond to questions. Two of the mini splits were not working but did get them fixed as soon as he could. I would also be prepared with amenities. Other than that it is a great place with a view.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Playa! The apartment has a nice pool and is close to the main strip with restaurants and bars. Eduardo was very good with communication and very kind. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Amazing stay, the pictures doesn't do justice at how beautiful it is and clean. Hot tub has different temperature settings and can make it a cold jacuzzi, staff at building was super helpful as well as host, easy to check in my rental car in the garage, will definitely be back at this place.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and enjoyed the beautiful shared pool. The highlight was watching the monkeys behind the house as well as the lovely bird songs to wake up to. We will be booking with Carlos again if we are fortunate to visit the area again!

This is one of the best locations I’ll stayed in playa del Carmen. The roof top pools are awesome with a great view of the ocean that’s just a block down the road. The gym is fully equipped with just about everything you need if you have an active workout routine. And the bar/ restaurant up there makes it a one stop shop you literally don’t have to leave the building if don’t want to. Assuming you do go out and about 5th Ave the beach and everything else is just under a 5 minute walk awesome place to stay highly recommend for a great getaway.

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Firstly, the house is absolutely beautiful and furnished in such a tasteful and homely way, you could want for nothing else for a bit of luxury on holiday. It has every amenity you could possibly need, from kitchen supplies to beach supplies, plus Julie and Jessica were on hand for anything else (including putting up with our hundreds of questions!). Both were so friendly and helpful, with great recommendations for trips or restaurants, it was much appreciated. In terms of location, it’s perfect, in a quiet green gated community, which is a flat and easy 10-15 minute cycle to the beach/shops, which is not overly touristy and has beautiful white sands to relax on or take a snorkelling trip out to the reef. Julie kindly provides three bikes at the house, but you can rent more if needed. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to visit again!!

Ivan's place is as described and seen in the publication, it is small but comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Being in a place like Puerto Morelos, there are many places to visit and activities to do, so Ivan's room is just to get some rest and continue after the tour.

the best location. Personally, the ground floor accommodation is the best and much more with the pool a few steps away, not to mention the parking very close to the room. 10 out of 10. The only detail is that the air conditioning is complicated since I think it's an old system, but it has an excellent location. Everything is at hand. I would return without a problem

The apartment had everything I needed -- nice kitchen, adequate shower and a good bed. It was a short walk to the beach, stores and great places to eat or listen to music. I had a few special requests and Meelissa was very responsive and accommodating. I liked the place so well I extended my stay in Puerto Morelos (instead of Cancun) and now I'm on the top floor with the palapas roof - no stove but even cozier! No need to rent a car or even get a taxi as it's only 30 pesos on Playa Express to get down to PM, and 10 pseso on the Collectivo to get to beach side. Once here everything is in walking distance or you can rent a bike.

This studio had everything needed for a solo traveler, as well as being one block from the beautiful Puerto Morelos beach. On-site manager Charly was very helpful in helping me get settled in. Beach, restaurants, groceries, town center; all just a short walk away. I booked last minute and was very happy with my choice.

This apartment is beautiful. The front two rooms have amazing views of the ocean and are very comfortable. We are a family of 5 and the space accommodates us beautifully. The two teenagers squealed when they saw their room with two queen beds and what felt like an additional room just for the walk in closet and bathroom space. Juliana was the most perfect host, quick to communicate and very very helpful. Access to the beach was close and easy, the pool area is HUGE and the restaurants on site made food options easy. The local shops and restaurants are a quick taxi ride, which Juliana assisted us with. There’s also a Spa onsite which was a surprise. The services are very reasonably Priced and while we went to the spa itself I do believe there is an option for them to come to the unit. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.
