Monthly Rentals in Jinshan District

It’s an amazing place for anyone. Clean, everything you need are pretty much there. It feels like home. The house is big and rooms are roomy. Kids love it, as they get to run around inside the house and outside. Adults are relaxing. We get to sing karaoke, sit down and chat and there’s a big bath down at the basement, you get to enjoy and soak into the nature hot spring. We will definitely come back again! Amber, the landlord is amazing as well. She answers fast when you have a question and she is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a place to get together.

Quiet home, near the Yelu Scenic Area, you can see the sea from the window, very beautiful

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is clean and has a high ceiling, so it feels spacious and very nice. It has all the necessary facilities. My husband and I were able to spend a happy month in Taipei while staying in this apartment. 😊 The neighborhood is very quiet, so we could wake up to the fresh sounds of birds singing every morning and really relax. The location is also in the middle of Taipei and Keelung, so it is convenient to go to downtown Taipei, and it is also good to go to Keelung and visit Shifen, Jiufen, and Yehliu Geopark. Above all, when I asked about anything I needed, Tsung chai and Ashley responded quickly and took care of the matter. They are truly lovely hosts. I have recommended this apartment to my family and friends. Once again, I would like to thank the hosts for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Libby’s Suite is an oasis of peace away from the hectic pace of daily life. She has thought of every amenity possible and some I wouldn’t have thought to add in a rental. The hot spring is so nice in the morning and evening. The community is comprised mostly of people who own vacation homes there, with some full time residents. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. There’s a free bus into Jinshan three times daily and there you can transfer to points of interest along the coastline. Yehliu Geopark and Governor-General Hot Spring Hoyse were my two favorites. Lots of food and gifts on Jinbaoli Old Street. All in all it’s so quiet 24/7 no traffic, loud noises… except birds! Take a break and stay at Libby’s Suite.
