This is a perfect place to slow down and relax. The cabin is very comfortable. Private area in the dead end which makes it relaxing. Beautiful nature all around with many kangaroos. We enjoyed every minute of our visit.

Girls get away every year in May and by far this is the best place we’ve visited. The view is AMAZING!! Everything is clean and bed was comfortable. Alice was friendly and gave us an opportunity to meet her 2day old calf. She was very accommodating and allowed us to check in an hr earlier. Would love to visit again next year :)

The two-bedroom unit was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean and generously appointed with breakfast products. We were fortunate to stay 12 days. The views are spectacular as you look across valleys that ultimately lead to the Mary Valley and the Mary River, a significant river in South-east Queensland. The entire property is beautifully presented - the driveways are wide, and the grounds are meticulously maintained. The gardens have some lovely roses, including a Montville Rose. A real bonus is seeing the cattle ruminating in a paddock just below you. We were fortunate to witness a newborn calf taking its first steps in life.

Beautiful and private nature retreat. Looking for a break from the digital noise? Marree's place offers a fantastic opportunity for a true digital detox, as cell service is unavailable in the area. While Wi-Fi is an option, the real draw is the chance to reconnect in a private, natural setting and appreciate Marree's lovely home. Her politeness makes the experience even better.
