Fouad was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The location was a bit tricky to find with a bit of construction around. It’s going to be a really nice street / area when the construction is complete. Easy walking distance from everything but off the main road which was nice! We had a great time!

Amazing host! Unmatched view. If you are travelling to Bali and coming here for surfing - this is the best place to be!

I had a great stay. The villa was clean, tidy and spacious - just like on the pics. Location is private, yet just 10mins away by bike from all the restaurants and bars. The host was helpful, responsive and flexible. Would recommend this one to my friends.

We had such a great experience at Raga Bingin. The place itself is stunning, all while being private and in a great location too. Jesus was such a wonderful host, always friendly and responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back.

We had a great stay here, all as per the photos and really helpful team - I forgot to follow up for the driver/help with bags until the day of check in but Rebecca managed to sort it out last minute! Hiro (our driver who Rebecca arranged for) was really lovely, reliable and had lots of good recommendations across the island. Aristo was really helpful and communicative, arranging cleaning and helping with bags up and down the stairs - some reviews mention the stairs and the advert is very clear so this shouldn’t be a surprise but it is worth it to get the views/proximity to beach and restaurants! Do be mindful that these stairs are uneven so you need to be very careful walking up/down. We miss it already and wish we could be back!! 🩷

This Airbnb is in a fabulous location, easy walk to fabulous cafes, restaurants, shops and most important the beach. We always had quick responses to the couple of questions we had. We recommend staying at this quiet and clean Airbnb.

Superb stay! From the initial booking inquiry to checking in is seamless and easy! The text group also made there’s always someone to answer, great idea! Property as described, super clean, tidy and free of clutter! Pool as good size and deep for 1 bedroom villa still have sun to sunbath too! They provide refill water dispenser, so less plastic bottle for Bali Bedroom is enclosed spacious with walk-in wardrobe and great bathroom, the shower is awesome, great pressure and doesn’t take long for hot water, doesn’t smells too! Wifi connection is fast, great for doing some work while chilling with music and bintang! Will we book again? HECK YES!!! Longer next time. Thank you for the hospitality and awesome management team! Our stay with Ning and Michael has been absolutely amazing. They are both extremely accommodating and welcoming as hosts. the Property is beautiful, and has everything you could need for a long or short stay. We loved it so much we extended out stay 3 times. Would give it 10 stars if i could! we will definitely be booking with them again. daily cleaning, privacy, quiet area, great restaurants in the area, and numerous areas to relax made it a 10/10 stay. Staying at this villa in Seminyak was an absolute delight! The location was truly exceptional – we were just steps away from the heart of the Seminyak shopping district, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the boutiques and cafes. Beyond the prime location, the villa itself offered great amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The room was spotlessly clean, and we were particularly impressed with the daily refresh service, which kept everything feeling fresh and inviting throughout our stay. A special shout-out goes to Brian, who provided fantastic service during both check-in and check-out. His efficiency and friendly demeanor made the process seamless. Overall, we had a truly good experience at this villa and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Seminyak.

The house is in a good location, close to everything you may need. Very clean and, although in the city center, very silent and cozy. Erica and Robert are very good hosts, always available to answer questions and give suggestions. You can really notice they truly care about their guests’ well-being. Overall very recommended!

Great spot. View can not be beat! If I was being picky, there is only AC in the bedrooms so the living area can get warm - it does have 3 ceiling fans but due to the high roof they seem to struggle a little, unless you open up the bi-fold doors which creates a beautiful breeze. Made was kind enough to go and purchase a brand new pedestal fan for us which was great. Would have extended our stay if it wasn’t booked out, was sad to leave and can’t wait to come back! Such a great location with beautiful cafes only a short bike trip 9.9/10

A lovely Villa in Seminyak. The staff are responsive, very friendly and professional. This is a great place to escape the bustling neighborhood. It is well located off a major street with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The jacuzzi and rooftop patio are nice bonuses.

Great location in the Jayakarta providing all you could want for a great holiday. Pools bars services the beach catering for all from the young to families to senior. The area gave the full Bali experience in a safe enjoyable atmosphere... better than Kuta not as expensive as Seminyak and beyond. We had a great time.

Friendly staff/host, clean accommodation, good water pressure, well equipped kitchen. Everything is within walking distance (Groceries, gym, shopping, beach). However, construction of a new bar went on til early hours of the morning some days. Once the bar finally opened, I got zero sleep. They play their music unnecessarily loud, and there's no escaping it. I tried using earplugs at night-didn't help. Even when i would manage to fall asleep, I'dget woken up by what sounded like a garbage truck at about 3/4am a few times a week. I still gave a 5 star review because other than the noise issue, this place pretty much has it all.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. The room is on the second floor of the building. Very spacious, it gets a lot of daylight. There is a separate wardrobe area, a separate excellent shower, kitchen, terrace and a shared pool downstairs. The Internet is fast, there were no problems. A comfortable workplace for working with a laptop. The air conditioner works quietly, maintains a comfortable temperature. There is no better location, Umalas - 5 minutes by bike, Canggu 10-15 minutes, Seminyak/Kuta - 10-15 minutes. There are many cafes, halls nearby. I would like to mention the friendly hosts who were attentive to any request, gave recommendations in terms of places. In terms of noise, it seemed noisy only on the first day, when the locals arranged a loud party with music nearby. The rest of the time, only a few roosters were heard in the morning and wildlife like frogs in the forest)) which is normal for Bali. The house is far from the main roads, so motorcycles, if they ride, are very rare, faintly audible and not annoying. Thank you for having us!

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and spacious. It is a walking distance from nice restaurants and a mini market. It was very convenient to have a washing machine and it was very nice to be able to swim at the hotel's swimming pool. Everyone was very friendly!

I would recommend this stay. Everything was easy and we even got lovely locations to visit. I would suggest staying a week or more if you’re going because it’s so COZY.

This has become my go-to place when I’m in town. The main reason is Sri, one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. She’s always there to help me out if I need anything.

Everything went perfectly. The apartment fully corresponds to the photos. The renovation is great, there is everything you need. Beautiful pool right on the roof, there were few guests, in fact it was almost private. Petrus is very responsive, answered all questions, immediately solved all the problems that arose. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Cozy and comfortable apartment just like in photos. Really helpful and quick to respond host. However, keep in mind that there is ongoing construction right behind the windows and the neighbors have a roaster who is quite active.
