The strategic location of Chlum on the Austrian border allows you to experience two vacations: to enjoy domestic Třeboň and abroad. You can experience a holiday here in both the tranquility of nature and with activities (bike, swimming, golf). I will give you my tips for nice places. And don't forget: little is known, but the most beautiful one is here in the spring and fall.

Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house stands on a village near Jindřichův Hradec. Enjoy a relaxing break, whether you're passing through or wanting to stay for a few days.

In our cabin in the seclusion of the forest, you can relax beautifully and completely switch off. You will not find electricity, Wi-Fi and a hot shower here, the cabin is unique in that you can fully blend in with nature and break away from all the conveniences of today. Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

Accommodation in a secluded area - Apartment "U Tesařů"

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

Vybavení koupelny - velká vana i sprchový kout. Veřejné parkoviště vzdáleno 30 m od domu (cena od 40,- Kč/den). A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
