Monthly Rentals in Ji’an Township

Incredible hosts. There’s a cat that lives outside the building, she’s territorial at first, just give her treats and she will love you forever. Location is great, walking distance from Train Station, lots of local restaurants, gyms, laundry, cafe, tea. Will be returning. Great for short & longterm stays. Wifi can go in and out, I still was able to work in the building though!

Coming for the second time. Equally comfortable, clean, and quiet.

The appartment is really great, very convenient, good location, well furnished, everything functioning. However communication is horrible. The platform AirBnB translates from Chinese to English/German which is simply not understandable and unfortunaltely the owner does not speak English. So we were told that the elevator is red (in fact it was not) and the appartment door would be black (but is light blue), so we really had trouble. When we tried to use the Pin and/or the keycard only a red light flashed so we thought we could not get in and hat to wait for the owner who fortunately came very quick. We learned that red means ok and green means not ok - very very strange for Non-Taiwanese people. Also it would have been nice to get information quicker - we only got instructions 20 min before check in - again very very difficult for Non-Taiwanese without a smart phone contract. The building is dirty, filthy and not maintained so we were hesitant to get in, but the appartment is nice!
