Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Ho trascorso una notte in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata perfetta! La casa era impeccabile: pulita, ordinata e con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Il check-in è stato semplice e il padrone di casa molto disponibile e attento. Letto comodo, ambienti ben curati e una posizione ottima. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento e ci tornerei senza esitazione!

El apartamento es como nuevo y muy bien cuidado. Dispone de todos los servicios útiles (2 duchas, 3 camas y una supletoria, lavadora, wifi). Está en una zona a la entrada de la ciudad, tranquila y peatonal, cerca de las estaciones de autobuses y tren, con un supermercado cerca. Muy cómodo para no arrastrar maletas por la ciudad. Aunque esté más lejos de lo más destacable de Venecia, es un detalle muy menor porque la ciudad es impresionante en cada uno de sus rincones. Fabiano ha sido siempre muy disponible y comprensivo. Un 10!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Sara et Matteo. Il est très agréable et lumineux et correspond parfaitement aux photos.

Highly recomended place. We had a great experience at Ariana's house, the apartment was clean and had all the amenities that were listed. She and her husband were supersupportive. I would love to go there again if I get a chance to visit italy again.

Paolo is a very attentive host and made sure that instructions and coordination were smooth prior to the trip. The house is beautiful with a real authentic feel. Incredible location in a local community neighbourhood, walking distance from all the great spots yet hidden away from the touristy crowds. An incredible stay for a real authentic experience.

Appartement parfaitement conforme à la description. Impeccable niveau propreté. Très confortable et bien équipé. L’espace extérieur et les vélos sont vraiment un plus pour votre séjour ! Notre hôte a été très réactive pour répondre aux messages ! Situé à 10 minutes à pied de l’embarcadère pour Venise, c’est vraiment une bonne formule. Nous recommandons à 100 pour cent et n’hésiterons pas à revenir à Nicky house et la conseiller.

Our stay in Venice was great! Nicola’s Airbnb was beautiful and spacious. Great location to get to and from the train and water taxis. Check in was easy. Would definitely recommend!

Giovanna ha estado pendiente todo el tiempo de nuestra estancia. Respondía rápidos, siembre muy amable y con muy buenas recomendaciones. Nos facilitó sitio para dejar las maletas una vez hecho el check-out. El apartamento es pequeño pero hemos estado los 4 muy bien. La situación es perfecta para pasear y muchos sitios para comer cerca. Nos encararía volver!

Valerie was a great host, everything was easy and seamless from the beginning to end. The property was great and perfect base to see Venice and all it has to offer. In a fantastic location with great restaurants and bars close by. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Venice.

L'appartement d'Elena est très bien conçu. Il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour agréable (cuisine très bien équipée, les ingrédients de base, des parapluies et des chapeaux de soleil pour faire face à toutes les situations !). La décoration est élégante (nous avons beaucoup aimé les reproductions de tableaux), des guides et des livres sont à dispositions. On est loin des appartements impersonnels. Nous avions choisi ce quartier (Dorsoduro ouest) que nous ne connaissions pas encore. Nous avons adoré ! Le calme, l'authenticité, les petits cafés et restaurants, la proximité du Zattere qui permet de circuler facilement partout, la proximité également de Piazzale Roma (10 mn) qui évite de porter les valises à travers la ville. Elena est extrêmement réactive et arrangeante. Merci à elle.

My family of four really enjoyed this space. The location was perfect, very walkable to various places but private and quiet in the mornings and evenings. The apartment was spacious and sufficient amenities. Cristina was helpful with instructions on the heating when, provided several restaurant recommendations, and was very communicative about how to check in/out. I would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Venice.

Communication was perfect, everything worked out perfectly, very good location to explore Venice, would definitely recommend it!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und 5 Minuten fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Es war alles genau so wie beschrieben, uns erwarteten keine Überraschungen. Die Kommunikation mit Christina war immer perfekt. Besonders gut fanden wir auch den abschließbaren Garagenstellplatz. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, geräumig (vor allem die Terrasse) und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend (direkt an der Promenade, aber das Kinderzimmer ist auf der ruhigen Rückseite; nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt). Zudem steht im Innenhof ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Valeria und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Für dieses Gesamtpaket war der Preis, den wir (in der Nebensaison) bezahlt haben, absolut in Ordnung. Nur zwei Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand zu verbessern wären: Die Türen (insbesondere jene zum Kinderzimmer) lassen sich teilweise nur recht laut öffnen und schließen und sollten vielleicht geölt werden. Zudem könnten an den Fenstern und Türen Mückenschutzgitter angebracht werden. Sonst alles top, vielen Dank!

Excelente alojamiento, se puede tomar el bus cerca al apartamento para ir a Venecia. pero lo mejor fue la atención de Sara y su familia, son muy amables, volvería sin duda a alejarme aquí

We absolutely loved our stay at Laura’s beautiful condo on the Grand Canal. Arrival was easy…we were provided excellent directions to self check in after dark. The location is amazing! We loved sitting and watching and listening to sounds of the traffic on the canal. The rooms are beautifully decorated and you feel like you stepped back in time. The bath/shower is unique but it adds to the general ambiance of the place. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit!!

We love everything about Gabriel’s apartment!!! Conveniently located, cleaned & comfortable. He even helped us with our luggage at the checking in & out times. Thank you Gabriel!

La casa di Novella si trova in una posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Venezia Santa Lucia. L’appartamento è stile vintage molto pulito e completo di ogni confort. Alle spalle dell’abitazione c’è un parco pubblico molto bello adatto ai bambini, aree picnic e per i più grandi è disponibile la “palestra all’aperto”.; si trova in zona centrale e in circa 30 minuti di cammino si arriva in Piazza San Marco. Lo consiglio sicuramente

La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutti i confort. Mario è stato gentilissimo con noi ed è stato un vero piacere alloggiare da lui.
