quiet area and perfect for visiting several places of interest. Alessandro is very nice and gave us a lot of tips about the area. We had a great time and also our dog who was able to run around the garden.

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s place, perfect location to get around, so many things on your doorstop yet so quiet and peaceful inside, such a comfortable bed! Many great cicchetti spots in walking distance as you admire the canals along the way. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Will definitely return and recommend to anyone visiting Venice. Probably one of our best AirBnB experiences. Anna Paola is an amazing host, the place is beautiful, and breakfast was epic. We were 12 minutes away from the main parking in Venice, making the visit a breeze. Can’t recommend it enough.

This place is amazing, great location, exactly what you want! The host Andrea, and his wife are extremely kind and were very hospitable. The breakfasts were amazing in the garden, and the host gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendation and places to walk around in Venice. This place is a hidden Gem!

Really perfect stay! The property is easy to find, located in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing. Several typical restaurants can be easily reached on foot or in a few minutes by car, so the location is also excellent for those who want to discover local flavors. The rooms are new, furnished with taste and attention to detail, very welcoming and very clean. The bathroom is spacious, modern and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is rich and with excellent quality products, perfect for starting the day well. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility of check-in and the speed of responses from the host, always available and kind. We really felt at home. Highly recommended!

When other Airbnb users rated this stay as "my best stay" we really didn't expect it to be this good. Although me and my 2 girlfriends are on this journey with our concerns, Mauro is definitely the sweetest, helpful, meticulous, understanding, generous and friendly person you will ever encounter in your life. This was absolutely our best stay. Felt at home. Everything was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent and filling. Mauro even brewed us coffee every morning. He helped us set up the route and had prepared files where you can find everything you need with his own hands. Transportation to the center of Venice was very easy and fast. A place and host that you should definitely experience and will never be dissatisfied! I will be back...

We are very happy that we found Maurizio for a place to stay. Already in the beginning the host was very friendly and hospitable. The breakfasts and the coffee was perfetto :-) the apartment was very clean and everything is new and modern. Francesco and Sara are very friendly and genuine. They welcomed us home and explained everything you needed to know for a pleasant visit to Venice and its surroundings. The house is a typical Venetian villa and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The cigliegina on the cake at the end of the stay was a demonstration of one of his musical inventions; ask him to learn more. Highly recommended host for kindness and availability! We'll see you again!

La Casa di Giuseppina is a very special place, perhaps the best AirBnB tried in Italy: surrounded by the greenery of the Venetian countryside, between the asparagus fields of Pernumia and the rows of the Euganean Hills, it is a 'gentle' and conciliatory place, where time flows slowly. Oversized comfortable beds and pillows, a rich homemade breakfast, the cleanliness worthy of a resort and the serene atmosphere of a country house make this place a real gem. Happy to have been the first guest. Excited to have found such a beautiful hostess and person in Giuseppina! I couldn't have asked for more, and I'll definitely be back to see her! Five stars for everything, from the homemade tarts to the lavender bag that gently scented the bed!
