Great family vacation. Clean and pleasant accommodation. Safety for children. Pleasant garden with beautiful pool. Ideally located close to beach and shops. Jose Luis is nice and always available as needed. Everything is there, I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The house is new and impeccable, magazine, just as seen in the photos, and with all the luxury of details. The wonderful patio and pool. Jan is very friendly throughout the process, responding to messages and doubts that were coming up almost instantly and giving us all kinds of facilities. A lot of success, I hope to be back in the future.

A very quiet place. The beds in the house are very comfortable and everything is clean. Antonio and Fátima are very nice people and have been on the lookout. For putting a little stick, I think some kitchenware is missing (wooden spoons for cooking and some large saw knife) and we couldn't get the hot tub to work. Usually, everything is pretty good. If we return to the area, we will have Antonio and Fátima's house to stay.

We have spent a few spectacular days,the house is exactly as in the photos,we were with two dogs and they have enjoyed very much x the garden so large and the best of everything completely fenced,the attention of the host is unbeatable...the house is in a very quiet area but very close to everything,in ten minutes you are on the beach and shops,and the pine forest is next to it is perfect to walk.... we will be back soon....

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

We spent a weekend at Pedro's house with colleagues and we can say that the accommodation is very well equipped, in an excellent location and ready for travelers to enjoy. As for the host, we can only mention positive things, super attentive to any message or call from us, on top of that he lives next to the rental house which makes any unexpected event easier. Thank you very much for your attention and hospitality, we will definitely be back.

We stayed as a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to Puerto Sherry is just a few minutes away, which allowed us to walk there without any problems. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, shampoo… it didn't lack any detail. We really liked that it was so well-equipped. Susana was very friendly and attentive to us for anything we needed.

José was in contact with us the day before, and even made a change for us without any problem. He was super attentive and very dedicated to meeting our needs. The house was very clean and the patio is very spacious. We had a spectacular weekend. If a similar opportunity arises in the future, we will not hesitate to go again.

We were a group of 6 friends over the weekend and had a great time. The house is very well equipped, in a quiet but well-connected area. Ralf and Jasmin were very friendly the whole time

Everything was excellent, quiet area and very clean house with everything you need, well maybe a juice juicer was missing, but I made up for it with a source for cold and hot water, but everything else to perfection, we will repeat for sure

Raúl was very nice at the reception, explaining everything very well and giving us advice on the area, what to see, where to eat, etc... the recommended places were very successful. The stay was very comfortable, the house had everything and was spotless. Also equipped with all the essentials to spend a few days. Special mention to the terrace that has given us a lot of space with the hammocks, the table and the umbrella. The area is great, very close to the beach and located a couple of streets from the main one where there are shops and very close to the grocery market to buy good items and cook them in the apartment's very well-equipped kitchen. We'll be back when we get the chance. 10 out of 10 for the service and the stay, you can't ask for more.

Four adults were in this wonderful house, a two-minute walk from a lovely beach. Maria and Miguel welcomed us like they were our parents. The house is big, spotless, and clean, and the garden is sunny and has a nice swimming pool. You can park the car inside the garden. We heard the sea from the house, even with the windows closed. Roche, the development was empty in March; it was quiet and silent. Ma. José was helpful and responsive. We would love to go back.

Staying at this vacation home was awesome! The house is lovingly decorated, clean and stocked with everything you might need – you immediately feel at home. The location was ideal for our needs and the surrounding area had some excursion destinations. We would particularly like to highlight the hosts: In the few small problems that arose during our stay, they responded within a few minutes and found a solution – it's rare to experience this so uncomplicated! We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime.

Nice spacious home with rooftop deck overlooking Vejer. 4 spacious bedrooms with ensuite. The communal eating area and deck so was perfect for a week with family and friends. W could not recommend Wim's house enough - Vejer de la Frontera is gorgeous, locals very friendly and surrounding beaches not far. House has everything you need and more...

It's a townhouse. It's very good. Very spacious and comfortable, and very well-equipped. Air conditioning and closets in all rooms, which are also spacious. It is conveniently located (you have to walk a little to get to the center, but just a little). I recommend it.

This beautiful house is located a few minutes walk from the great beach. Just the right distance to hide the hustle and bustle of the surf beach, but take part on occasion. The house has a very nicely landscaped garden, a very spacious pool area that we could use only a few times for sunbathing in March 2025 and 2 roof terraces, both with sea views and perfect for the sundowner time, in appropriate weather. The garden is completely enclosed and therefore absolutely dog-friendly. A parking space inside the property ensures good safety when parking a vehicle. The hosts were always available and very friendly. Small issues were immediately helped. Ambience and amenities, 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, perfect WiFi, all very good. A dream vacation. Nearby shopping at the SPAR on foot or in Conil de la Frontera. Food and drink on site at any time. I'd love to come back anytime.

Very clean and well located house, with small garden, perfect for going with a pet Basic furniture, like in the pictures. Jose was always attentive to any questions and the arrival was very easy.

Everything is great, Ana and Antonio are very friendly, always ready for everything, and although they live in the house next door, they respect the privacy of the guests very much. The house is wonderful, it doesn't lack a single detail, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, in addition, they have the thoughtfulness to provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea, which is appreciated. In the bathroom there are many towels, and many toiletries available to guests, and everything is very clean. The garden area, pool, and barbecue are beautiful. We hope to return to enjoy it, since we went in February, and it's not swimming season. A house that is 100% recommended if you want to spend a few days of peace and quiet in a rural setting with a lot of charm. We'll be back!! Thanks for everything to Ana and Antonio, they treated us like a luxury.

We had a fantastic family weekend at Marcos' house, enjoying a worry-free stay. From the first moment, his attention and hospitality made our experience unbeatable. The house is perfectly air-conditioned, which makes it ideal for both winter and summer. In addition, it has a large garden area, swimming pool and a barbecue that allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. We will definitely be back. We had a great time and, at all times, Marcos was attentive to any need. Thank you so much for everything!

We live in the adjacent town of Jerez, so we were looking for a place for my parents to stay for a month. They fell in love with the place. As a local's perspective, this place also is in an excellent location, a brief walk to the beach, 5 minute drive from grocery and great restaurants (Carrefour Market, Slice of New York, Narigoni, Taj Mahal, Shamrock, etc), 10 minutes from a mall (El Paseo with larger Carrefour), and 20 from Jerez. With the American naval base nearby, the nearby communities have more young American families, which means more restaurants or bars may know some English or have English menus. Driving in the area is peaceful and fairly straightforward, and parking is available on the street off tourist season (I have no idea if it's difficult to park in the home's area during tourist season). The place is refreshing, quiet and was perfect for my parents. Would recommend to friends and family!

Very quiet quiet place. Perfect for a couple. Very clean. Communication with Mercedes was top notch. She is a very friendly person. During winter time very good heating.

Very chic house - photos don’t do it justice. About a 20 minute walk into the main bit of town - some amazing restaurants including El Muro, Vinografica and the San Francisco Mercado. We also visited the lovely beaches where you can surf or horse ride.
