A very nice place, well ventilated and extremely comfortable. The house is a two-story house, it's upstairs, there are only 6 steps to climb. The street is very quiet and calm. Notes: It does not have a garage, but the street is very quiet and you can leave the car at the door. The house has a bedroom ready with a double bed and air-conditioning already installed and another bedroom that is without a ceiling lining, but has a door, fan and a double bed.
