For rent is a newly built wooden house located in close proximity to Chojnik Castle (about 2 km along the green trail). The house is located on the edge of the beautiful and picturesque village of Zachełmie, above the Chojnik Hotel where there is a Restaurant (about 400m). We are a few steps away from the Olbrzymy bike trail as well as countless forest paths and hiking trails. We are located about halfway between Szklarska Poręba (about 17 km) and Karpacz (about 18 km).

House for up to 14 people with a large garden, terrace, barbecue area and parking. The entire area is fenced. The ground floor of the house is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. We offer 10 beds in 5 bedrooms and 4 extra beds - sofas. We can prepare a cot with a mattress and bedding for a child. We also accept a maximum of two dogs. The house has a spacious living room with a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a dining room, 3 bathrooms and a sauna.

Golden View Villa - Great place for vacations

Beautiful & Atmosphere villa, perfect place for perfect vacation !!! we kept the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner) who built the house in the 30s of last century. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the predominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has an original and unique heater. EVERY ONE (adult, child or pet) must pay per night, minimum 4 guests.

Our villa is located in a quiet district of Karpacz - peace, quiet, forest, birds singing, close to the mountain trails. Nearby there is a ski slope and the center of Karpacz. There is a grocery store next door. Willa Jawor has a cozy garden with a playground and barbecue as well as a parking lot. All rooms have bathrooms, TV, internet, a cordless kettle and a fridge in the room. There is also a shared kitchenette on the premises.

In the immediate vicinity there are hiking trails, Aqua-Park, ski slopes, Museum of Sport and Tourism, Krucze Skały (a place for rock climbing), tennis court, municipal playground, and a park. In the summer season, we have a sandpit, swimming pool and trampoline for your children.
