Monthly Rentals in Jefferson

My family and pups stayed at Ben and Theresa's place for a week and it was a wonderful time! The property was so beautiful and inviting, we didn't really feel the need to leave very often! The pond was so peaceful and nice for easy fishing . My son and husband loved the little boat, what a bonus! The open floor plan inside was great and it was a very cozy home away from home! The only thing that could be improved would be the beds and pillows. We were surprised to find only thick foam on plywood instead of actual mattresses. The pillows were all very thin, but we typically bring our own so that wasn't a big deal. Other than that it was absolutely the most relaxing and serene week for us to reconnect and reset!! Thank you Ben and Theresa for sharing your home with us!! We made great memories while we were there!

The place was what I needed. Host was responsive and helpful when I needed something. Good price and close to where I needed to be. I would book again if I'm in the area for work. Upstairs neighbor have a dog though, and it barks nonstop over any noise you make when they aren't home.

Stunning location, perfect for a weekend away from the city with kids and puppy - amazing hot tub and lots of activities with board games and table tennis and very comfy beds! Ample supplies of shampoo/ shower gel/ towels very well kitted out kitchen and we really appreciated the welcome gift! Hosts are very responsive. We will definitely return - highly recommended!

Debra’s guesthouse is in a beautiful and peaceful location. We stood there (4 of us) for two nights for a wedding nearby. The guesthouse is spacious, clean, private and a short distance from the downtown area. Debra included extra linens which we loved as it got a little cold at night, and we had enough blankets to keep us warm and cozy. There is plenty of dishware and the typical household items you need are provided. Plenty of towels too and this is so important to have available. The beds were comfortable, and it is great that one of the bedrooms has a King bed. I recommend this guesthouse and will stay there if we are in the area again.
