What a cool place to stay for our first time to Louisville! We loved the proximity of the unit to Whiskey Row and the amazing views. Great restaurants, nice distilleries, and coffee shops nearby made this a great choice. Thanks to Michael for being so pleasant and responsive. We look forward to our next visit!

Beautifully decorated, excellent location, and very walkable to downtown attractions! We would definitely stay here again, particularly in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful rooftop patio.

A beautiful property! I hated to leave! The Airbnb was beautifully decorated and immaculate. Covered free parking on the level of the unit made it easy to access. The step by step instructions were detailed extremely well, which made everything hassle free. Text messages and emails were promptly answered, and the communication overall was superior. Also, the Airbnb is in an upscale community, which is safe and walkable to coffee shops, breakfast cafes, and some really good eateries. Parks and safe walking spaces are all around. Loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely loved staying at the Old Church. Very interesting and cool architecture, and Gwen and Mike were super helpful and responsive. Mike even offered to pick us up from the airport should we needed a ride. Plenty of utensils and extra toiletries. Overall 10/10.

Stayed here for a girls weekend with my sister & nieces. We all loved the property - location, amenities, beautiful design, and very spacious! Literally everything was on point. Quick & clear communication. The neighborhood is so fun with everything in walking distance. Plenty of parking if needed, and the attached garage made coming and going even more convenient if you need to venture outside of the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend. We had a wonderful time!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was nothing short of amazing. As soon as you walk inside you feel right at home. The property was spotless and the host left almost nothing to be desired! The beds are comfortable and the towels were fresh and plush. The bathrooms were stocked with complimentary toiletries and extra towels and toilet paper. They even had complimentary toothbrushes! The kitchen was clean and all cabinets and drawers were labeled, which I appreciated. The coffee bar was well stocked with a delicious variety and additional snacks. The neighborhood is newly developed and very peaceful. The host is super responsive and checked on us regularly to make everything was to our liking. She even gifted us a bottle of wine and a very sweet note! We had a spectacular stay and will visit again. Book the stay here! You won’t be disappointed!!

Kristen’s listing was just as it was described! In old town Louisville, right off the highway and just around the corner from many activities and attractions. We were in town the week before the Kentucky Derby, and my boyfriend and I could do our morning run around Churchill Downs and get up close to the beauty of the facility. The area has lots of character and we had plenty of space to park. We brought our pickle ball paddles just in case and to our surprise, the park across the street had plenty of courts!! We were also just a few blocks from Louisville University. If we are ever in the area again we will certainly be looking for Kristen’s property openings! Big thanks to the Hostess!

A beautiful home that is well designed, intentional, and flavorful in the best way. Art everywhere both inside and out, family photos, excellent décor, an entire room dedicated to feats of baseball, and a master bedroom dedicated to feats of... love. Right like it says on the pillow. Hosts were super communicative, helpful and easy to work with, don't be intimidated by the rules and regulations sheet. Yes, it's longer than a Tolkien manuscript but it is entirely reasonable and ultimately you are dealing with good nice humans who don't want people doing 360 kickflips off their hot tub deck while shooting off fireworks. Pro tip: If you use the hot tub in the morning and you are chill about it, you might see a Cardinal and/or a Blue Jay in the nearby trees 🐦

This is one of the best Airbnb that i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating to our needs and definitely went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel comfortable and at ease. I would recommend this host for any future trips!

Beautiful condo in a locked building for safety and privacy! The condo is spacious, very clean and comfortable. This is downtown so restaurants, bars and shopping is all in walking distance! This is very close to 4th street live, just steps away from the door! The building is quiet, no noise from the street or other rooms. I recommend for an ideal Louisville visit!

Our stay was perfect. We arrived late, and clear instructions made sure we were able to get in no problem. We were there for a volleyball tournament and were able to walk or rent scooters to KICC and 4th Street Live. Place was spacious and others who rented nearby were very jealous of how nice our place was. Bathrooms are big with lots of storage area. Sound machine in the main bedroom really helped with any outside noise on the weekends. Coffee in the kitchen was very appreciated and the toilet paper was a great quality which was a nice bonus.

Darling apartment. Charming and thoughtful decor. Everything you might need to cook a scratch meal. Seriously. Excellent downtown location. There are several keypads for entry into this eclectic historic space but the host’s detailed instructions are clear and easy to follow. We loved our 2 night stay.

Beautiful place in the perfect downtown location. If you’re going to the palace or the brown this is the place. It didn’t bother me but if you’re a light sleeper it is very loud from the club next door and the street. There is a white noise machine provided.

This space is located in a beautiful historic building within walking distance of the downtown convention center, which was important as I was visiting for a conference and staying with colleagues. The rooms are large and spacious - especially the bathrooms and closets - and were clean and well organized when we arrived. Using the keypads to get in had a learning curve, but the host sent detailed instructions, so it was not an issue. The building is in a downtown area with access to several nice restaurants and coffee shops. There is city noise at night, but we weren't bothered by it. Thanks for the nice stay!

Second visit here and will definitely be back. Walkable to downtown restaurants
