Such a cute cottage in a quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. Great place with plenty of space for our four teenagers! Nice kitchen table for playing games at night. Exceptionally clean with quality linens on the beds. Nice minimal decorations with beautiful furniture in the living room. Fenced in back yard. Nice area to park under the car port or out front so you’re not parked on the street. Everything was just as described. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. The host was very proactive and quick to respond. They even turned on the porch light for us bc I told her we were arriving late on arrival day. These small gestures are very much noticed and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again! We were in town for Archery Nationals and this location was perfect. Close to Kentucky Exposition center and our favorite restaurant was only 4 miles away. Big back yard if you bring your dog, fully fenced. Our puppy loved running around.

Cute house, looked just like photos. Felt right at home. comfortable beds & great backyard. Loved sitting by the fire pit at night watching the fireflies. Parking behind the gate was fantastic. Highly recommend this lovely home. We would totally stay here again. Roberto's food recommendations were spot on.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Layout of the home is great for multifamily with 2 bed and 1 bath up and 2 bed and 1 bath down. Kitchen and living space has plenty of room to be comfortable. James was very responsive when I asked for a non-slip tub mat; provided it same day within a few hours. He also provides extras like coffee - pantry spice items - ample paper products and a very nice welcome basket with snacks. Would definitely stay again - Great Host!

Anne was friendly and helpful. She supplied so many extras that there was something in each room to make you smile, from a S'mores kit to robes and slippers, and extra shampoo and body wash. We were able to use the fire pit and felt comfy and at home during our stay.

Deanna’s place was clean, comfy and felt like home. She had a coffee station, her kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, utensils and filtered water. She also had toiletries available. It was perfectly located near my son, whom we were visiting. Somehow I didnt have my notifications on, but she was responsive and messaged me the passcode and made me aware she would be available if needed. I highly recommend staying here.

My family had a great stay at this beautifully furnished home. It is centrally located within the pristine Norton Commons community, and it is close to many shops and restaurants. Great place to make home base for a trip to Louisville!

We had a great stay here while we were in town for the Oaks and Derby. Kristin was very responsive, the home was clean, comfortable, and it was a great location. Quiet but walkable to great bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place had a great deck and a great view of the water! The house was very clean and welcoming and was well furnished and fit our needs perfectly. This was definitely a great place to stay. There was a lot of room for our family to come for a meal. They had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We would definitely recommend to stay here. We loved it!

I stayed at Daniel’s place during the bourbon tour visit and absolutely loved it. It’s a super cute house, very clean, good location, and easily accessible. I highly recommend it to other guests!

From the spot on communication pre-arrival to the waiting hospitality basket to the immaculate and tastefully decorated home to the prompt replies to texts and emails during our stay, I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had from start to finish. We had lots of family to visit so we often were gone most of the day but returning in the evenings for a quiet moment on the beautiful front porch or backyard was heaven! Thank you John. We felt like we were your one and only guests, ever! We hope to return soon.

I liked the layout of the loft- worked perfectly for my group when I took 4 teens to Kentucky Kingdom (2 Queen beds in one room; 1 Queen bed in the other). It was a short 10 minute drive to Kentucky Kingdom and you didn't need to get on the Interstate (very important to me!) to get there. Gayliene was very friendly, gave detailed information on check-in day and was quick to respond when I needed to ask her something. All in all- it was a great trip!

We had an amazing stay at Debra's place! We stayed 3 nights for a baseball tournament and brought our small dog. The neighborhood felt safe, and the yard was really nice. We loved Mr. Fish & my husband would talk to him when he passed by, a very curious and interactive fish! Beds were comfy, plenty of space and rooms in the house. We appreciated the snacks and water that was left for us! Debra is very friendly and communicative! Would definitely stay again!
