A nice, cozy, and spacious Airbnb. It’s in a good location and not too far from downtown Denver.

The place was exactly what I was looking for. You basically have your own spacious apartment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the conifer / pine area

You will not be disappointed with this RB&B. With all accommodations, cleanliness, and the location of open space along the mountain range, and only miles away from the highway made it easy access to the mountains, or the Denver area. There is a park you can walk to with trails along the front range that go for miles. This location offers incredible views of the mountains that go on forever. Moreover, the host had excellent communication from start to finish that made our experience comfortable and enjoyable. This RB&B was a fantastic experience frim start to finish.

Brooke’s place was great for my dog and I. We stayed there for a month and truly enjoyed our time there. It is just as advertised, and very cozy. I felt right at home. Overall the neighborhood is quiet. Tons of great restaurants nearby. With Sloan’s Lake across the street, and the nearby park, it is dog walking heaven. This place is perfect for both short stays and long stays. As a host, Brooke is outstanding. Extremely helpful and accommodating.

Location is great if visiting red rocks. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

The Cooper Door is in the perfect location! Everything you could possibly need is minutes away. Red Rocks was roughly 10-15 minutes away and the airport was around an hour. Rodney and Sharon put together a manual for the house as well as all of their favorite places to visit/try. Next time I come to CO, I’ll definitely be booking again!

We loved staying at this spacious and very clean home. The house does face a busy street in its neighborhood, but it’s so close to all the shops and restaurants in Olde Towne that the convenience just couldn’t be beat. Brad was a very responsive host. We found the bedroom a little brighter than we’re used to at night (light leak from safety light outside) and he was kind enough to work with us on a compromise that helped us sleep better. Highly recommend this home and host!

This is a very nice rambler home. Nicely appointed and decorated. Teri is a very pleasant person and I enjoyed talking with her.

This house was so nice and peaceful. The beds are COMFORTABLE as a cloud and I loved the split level flooring for privacy. Definitely 10/10

Stefan and Bethany were extremely responsive, left great recommendations for local places to explore, and had a great apartment for our week long stay. My husband and I worked remotely for a week from this apartment, while there is not a dedicated workspace we did enjoy being so close to so many hikes and downtown Golden. Very safe area with the high school across the street! Only thing we would change is the bed, as we are not used to memory foam! Personal preference!

Kayla was wonderful she responded very quickly ! The property is beautiful, we saw deer ! The drive to the location was very scary though , but that isn’t Kayla’s fault ! Enjoyed my stay would stay again!

We had such an amazing time here. The place was so well equipped with everything from coffee to toothbrushes if you forgot. The hosts were responsive. Would totally recommend staying here- it was awesome!!!

Such a great place to stay for my family of 4! Sherri was so easy to communicate with and the space was in a great location for exploring Kittredge and the surrounding towns of Evergreen and Morrison. Peaceful back patio and the workout equipment was a plus for us. Full size kitchen with everything you could need. We walked from the house to a really great nearby children’s park and felt right at home. Would stay here again!

Highly recommend. The place was in a quiet neighborhood, that seemed safe. Off-street parking right at the door. Plenty of shopping nearby. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. Everything was clean and in great shape. We felt very comfortable and were sorry to leave. There was an issue with the washer, and Brad came right over to fix it. We would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

Red Rock retreat was perfectly located—just a stone’s throw away from a convenient grocery store and only a short 0.8-mile walk to downtown Golden. Elizabeth’s place was absolutely spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials, including a variety of spices that made cooking a breeze. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to the Golden.

This was a lovely condo with everything we needed from extra sleeping space, clean bathrooms, spotless kitchen complete with spices, tea kettle and very modern appliances. It was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable and everything worked! The location was perfect, right in the downtown, accessible to local shops and restaurants, just lovely. This was one of our longer stays in Arvada, and it worked out perfectly. John and Kimberly were very accessible, kind hosts. We would stay again in the future. Thank you John and Kimberly!
