Christine was an excellent! Extremely responsive and helpful when we had any questions during our two month stay. Also, access to the local outdoor areas in the Ken Caryl area brought us into the community and helped us feel at home. Plenty of walking trails, playgrounds, pools, excellent dinning options, grocery stores, all within a couple of minutes drive or 5-10 minute walk from the house. Community was quiet, private, and safe. Access to 470 was extremely convenient and we were able to go fly fishing and hiking in the mountains with only a 15-20 minute drive. I would recommend this location/property to family and friends.

Lovely place to stay for any amount of time! Unique and cute unit in a peaceful area that was so fun to stay at for 2 months. We love using the grill and the hot tub! Pam and Ryan were such great hosts, fun to talk to and so helpful anytime we needed anything!!

We had an extended stay at Coco’s cabin while we were waiting to move back into our home after having moved back to Colorado . Coco’s cabin was ideal for us as the location is ~15 minutes to Evergreen, where our son’s daycare is located, and it is very close to 285 as well which makes going into town a breeze. There are a couple of establishments nearby that are walkable and very much worth checking out as well. The internet is very fast and we had no issues working from home. We had a great stay overall and would highly recommend staying at Coco’s!
