Nice flat with great location, the sea is only 5 mn walk and also there is a free parking nearby. The place is super clean and had everything I need. The host is super nice and helpful, highly recommended :)

Marko & his wife are amazing hosts! They are very friendly and always ready to help and give some advice! Marko responds quickly. They even helped us to order some pizzas. The villa was amazing and as described. We had a great time and would like to come again! 😊

The cabin was exactly as described and photographed. It has everything and even more, everything is very clean and beautiful, pleasant atmosphere. Outside there is a table with an umbrella, as well as everything for cooking on the grill. In the small garden there are beautiful palm trees, olives, kiwi, various plants and the most fragrant lemon, which we were allowed to tear for refreshing water and tea. Very nice host Bozidar, speaks Russian and English. He treated us to fish caught by him, prompted my husband to the nuances of fishing in the area. Very friendly, gave my daughter candy in honor of his birthday. Upon arrival, we had a gift in the form of local wine and sweets. The beach is 3 minutes away (35 gentle steps and cross the road). The main thing is that there is an entrance to the sea for children with its small beach and also a stove from where you can jump and swim adults. The sea and the views are beautiful!!! We definitely recommend your stay at Bozidar!!!

A great little apartment in a beautiful location. Near enough to kotor to visit for great restaurants and sights, but far enough to be much quieter with a beautiful beach. Nikola was a great host, he responded quickly to give us advice on our first day in Montenegro and provided lots of useful information about buses and local restaurants.

All goods 😊 very accommodating and friendly landlady. The apartment was practical and yet comfortably furnished. Sauna and pool were clean.

We had a lovely week stay here. The villa had everything we needed and Nikolina was on hand with any queries we had, along with restaurant recommendations. Lovely short walk to the Platan Bar every morning for a coffee. Great outside pool area, only negative is that we wish we were there for longer! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

Our stay with Tamara and her family will always be one of our favorite travel memories. The gorgeous view and the immaculate, comfortable and stylish apartment were amazing. It had everything you need for a stay. But it’s Tamara and her family that are truly the best. They are caring, wonderful people who took such great care of us. You will not find better hosts. The location is great. It is perfect for hikers, as well as those who want to relax and soak up the view. We had a rental car, and the nearby ferry was extremely convenient to take us across the bay within a few minutes for around 4.5 euros. Kotor Old Town is nearby. Tivat and the lovely Ponto Montenegro was our favorite area for upscale shops/dining. We also did an easy dry trip to Budva, which has nice beaches and promenade. The Bay of Kotor is beautiful. Tamara and her family make it memorable.

I entirely agree with the other reviews. It is exactly as described. Fantastic location about 30yds then 38 steps above a bakery/Supermarket in the old town. Amazing view of the old town and harbour from the balcony. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, excellent shower over bath. We had a hire car, and Ivan met us, drove us from where we parked to the flat and carried our bags in! Parking in Cavtat is the only potential problem if you have a hire car so ask Ivan for advice. We took the bus to Dubrovnik because it's even worse there, and the bus is easy! Fantastic place to stay and thoroughly recommended.
