Great place! What a surprise to see the beautiful volumes of the house and the super well maintained garden. Heated pool at a temperature that allows you to enter the water without getting your neck wet. Lots of rooms (and also a small annex for those who want to be quiet). I recommend it to anyone who sees the listing.

Very pleasant evening spent in Abdel and Ariane's accommodation. We particularly appreciated the attentive welcome, the responsiveness, the communication. Everything was as described. The place was well located, close to the city center, the train station and 15 min from the futuroscope. Noise from trains (until 11pm only) and cars are not disturbing. We found parking easily. We will go back without hesitation.

We had a great time at this place in Châtellerault, about a 20 minute drive from Futuroscope. The location is really nice: in a peaceful setting, in a private place, which guarantees calm and tranquility – ideal for resting after a busy day. The accommodation is totally as described, no surprises. It is clean, well maintained, and well-equipped: everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the general cleanliness and the small practical amenities (wifi, functional kitchen, etc.). The host was very welcoming, responsive and available to answer our questions or requests. It feels like he wants his guests to feel good. It is a very good place to visit the area, including the Futuroscope, while enjoying a quieter and relaxing setting than the accommodations in direct proximity to the park. We would recommend it without hesitation

This house has the wow factor! Such an amazing space, lots of cool quirky features but didn't feel cluttered. Very relaxing, peaceful, lovely pool, enjoyed the table tennis, football table and the homegrown raspberries! Short walk into the lovely village of Saint-Benoit where we enjoyed the patisserie La Pomme de Pain, and bar/restaurant La Tab' des vin , jardin d'images, and further on to the river for swimming and fishing. Mattieu was a great host, met us when we arrived and gave us some extra local knowledge. Thanks so much for a lovely stay, we'd love to come back again! :)

Excellent stay at Jean Baptiste's place, friendly host, very responsive to our questions, very good communication. Convenient self-check-in, house matches the photos and description. Stay with 2 adults, 1 child, 4 teens, enough space for everyone, 2 bathrooms. Clean and comfortable house where we enjoyed meeting each other. We will come back without hesitation. Good value for the money. The only downside, it's hard to find a place to park nearby. The hazards of the city 🤷

We had a great time in Vivonne. Romain and his wife hosted us very well and were very attentive to our well-being during our stay. The accommodation was very clean and cocooning. What's more, it's located in a very pretty village with a nice walk nearby. Yann is a thoughtful and responsive host. we will definitely be back to this place on a future trip to the area.
