I am an American who purchased this ancient home in the heart of the quiet village Crezancy-en-Sancerre.There is a restaurant/bar and butcher in the village. The proximity to Sancerre (10min. by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for tasting. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. There is a shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me ..always improving! You will be alone to have this water point on a partially fenced plot. The chalet has all the necessary comforts, hot water, shower, dry toilet, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc., but without wifi or television (4G for diehards). Pets are also welcome.
