Everything was perfect

A great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, very quiet. You will find all the amenities as shown in the house. It's pet friendly. My puppy was very happy and there's plenty of space to walk around the designated areas.

Everything was perfect, the check-in instructions were very clear and the place was super nice, Stephan answered any questions quickly and Mrs. Sandy who greeted us, was very helpful and kind. We will definitely be back!

Josue's house is STUNNING! Photos don't do the scenery justice. The house accommodated our family of 5 adults and 3 kids and an infant with more than enough room. Lety was so sweet and attentive and helped us arrange for food delivery and cooked breakfast for us, we loved her! would visit again any day without hesitation!! ❤️

Would happily stay here again. The place was spacious, well-appointed, had a feel that was both modernist and comfortable, welcoming, lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc., if you want an evening in. The neighborhood, Coyoacán, is wonderful: colonial architecture, cobblestone streets, magical at night, lots of restaurants, bars, and cafés, eminently walkable, and within spitting distance of museums and parks (Museos Frida Kahlo, Trotsky, de Culturas Populares, Viveros). If you want to hang out with lots of gringos, go to Condesa. If you want more local color and history, Coyoacán is your spot. Most of all, though, Águeda is an extraordinarily responsive hostess: kind, solicitous, attentive. She did everything in her power to make our stay pleasant. Thanks, Águeda!

This is an absolutely gorgeous house with a very large, peaceful garden. It is decorated and designed in a combination of styles that vary from very modern to rustic, coming together to create a look that is at once elegant and cozy. I stayed with my girlfriend but it could easily house a family or group of friends of 6 or 7. I held a small gathering of colleagues (total 5 people) and everyone was completely over the moon with how large and beautiful this home is. The neighborhood of Coyoacan is one of the most beautiful in Mexico City and there are many great restaurants a 5 minute drive away or a beautiful and peaceful 15 minute walk. Martin is a great attentive host and was very communicative and friendly throughout the stay. Highly recommended!

The stay was good overall. The place matched the pictures, was clean, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. It’s not a luxury spot, but it served its purpose well. The host was responsive and check-in was very easy. I’d stay again

I had a great long stay here with my dog. The studio is spacious and very comfortable for one person. I especially enjoyed the private garden — it was lovely to have fresh air and a peaceful spot to relax. The neighborhood is vibrant, with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to supermarkets. It’s also walkable to a dog park, which was important for my pup. The host and her partner are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I felt at home right away and would definitely come back!

The house is just as seen in the photos, with all the amenities. We loved the location, as it has security and it's easy to find everything around for a better stay. 100% recommended

This was a fantastic stay. Giordana was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She made everything easy and seamless, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is in a great location—right in the heart of the city, with tons of local flavor all around. My girlfriend and I had no trouble finding restaurants, street food vendors, and interesting things to do, all within walking distance. One of the main reasons I chose this Airbnb over a hotel was for the space, and it absolutely delivered. The apartment was roomy and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The only minor downside was a neighbor’s dog that barked all day, but that’s just part of city life. It didn’t significantly impact our stay, and of course it’s not something Giordana could control. If you're choosing to stay in an urban area—especially one this central—some ambient noise is to be expected. Thanks Giordana!

My mom, son, and I stayed here and we loved it. The house is very spacious and stays very cool. The bedrooms are great sizes. It is in walking distance to the center of Tlalpan which has so many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Maria and Teresa were very helpful and always responsive. Thank you! We will be back!

Was definitely better than what i imagined great place to stay and great host

Absolutely enjoyed our week stay at MiZona Lodging Coyoacán! Beautiful apartment that perfectly fit me, my 2 teen boys and my parents. Great location within walking distance of everything (food, market, museums); we even walked to the mall (about a 20 minute walk). Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

We love Andreas place! The street itself/ surrounding area is a beautiful, peaceful, safe, historic neighbourhood close to Coyoacan fountain, great food, a gorgeous park and public transit. The house is lovely- it has everything you need, is incredibly clean and well looked after, and the details (rounded doorways, stained glass) are very interesting and charming. Andrea is a wonderful host, happy to lend us anything we may need and incredibly communicative. I’ve done a few long term stays with air bnb and this place really stands out ☺️ it’s clear to me that Andrea and her mom care about this home and their guests, it’s reflected in the space and as a guest that means a lot. Highly recommend this sweet little house in beautiful part of the city!
