We had excellent lodging! We celebrated 50 years of marriage from our parents in the utmost tranquility. the sea bath is calm, hot and relaxing. The housekeeper Joanda is a sympathy. we'll be back for sure. thank you to the owner Patrícia for the attention always given at all times.

At Villas the affection is in every detail! We feel dear and special with each pampering provided. The place is cozy, full of pleasant spaces to relax, has a good living area, the rooms are spacious, the beach is beautiful and quiet, has a volleyball court, kayaks available, SuP, chairs and parasol. And in our case, as we took rainy days, the best part was the service of Dayane (chef de cuisine, and also served as manager of the place because her mother-in-law Gorette, who is the home of the property, was on sick leave) is EXCEPTIONAL! We've been to the region on other Airbnb several times and this was by far the best reception! Delicious food, super-loved and kind-hearted person, always kind, proactive and requests. The house met wonderfully our expectations of a group that travelled as a family, with a 7-year-old child. It is wide, very comfortable, with all the necessary equipment and utensils, good internet and excellent set of sheets and towels. The beach in front of the house is very good and with calm and warm water. It is very close to good and reserved restaurants and small pharmacies and markets. The neighborhood is very quiet. In addition, we had a delicate and attentive attention from the homemade Valdo and the secretary Maria José (Mazé), who were always ready to help us with any doubt or need we had. Anyway, after we leave with longing, we strongly recommend the stay and we will definitely return.

It was a very good experience, Host Silmara was great, she answered our requests promptly. The house is great, very cozy, it is very close to Praia de Antunes which by the way is the best beach in the region. I recommend and would be staying at the home again.

The cabin is great and corresponds exactly to what is shown in the photos, both in terms of features and privacy. There are two chalets, and access to the second is necessarily done by the first, but this does not compromise in experience considering that each chalet has its individuality. The hostess, Marucia, is very solicitous and proactive. We had some setbacks, and she always responded almost immediately, resolving everything quickly. Milagres has incredible beaches and walks, and the chalet stay was essential to complete the experience. Favoritei for a brief return. It's well worth it!

Karyna has always been very helpful, from the beginning of the property rental process. The house is better than in the photos. Excellent, attentive, kind hosts. All the utensils and rooms in the house were impeccable, super comfortable beds, silent air-conditioning, always clean pool, dish towels, impeccable bed linens, rooms with total black-out and the pampering of the chairs, umbrella, frescobol and cooler to take to the beach are great. The nearby beach is clean, with transparent and warm waters, and with delicious regional cuisine (a point for the Grande Lau Restaurant). Near the house you will find everything: markets, beverage distributors, charcoal, barbecue meats, bakery, pharmacy... anyway! For those looking for comfortable accommodation, attentive hosts and convenience, on an almost paradisiacal beach, it's here, for sure! I hope to come back every year and stay longer. The Wiken area is really nice. Spacious, well-ventilated house, very well divided, we felt at home. The location also helps a lot, close to groceries, restaurants and it does not take 3 minutes to walk to the beach of Peroba, which is very good. Negative point are the mosquitoes, we carried repellent and kept the windows of the rooms closed to control more, the house also offers electric rackets, so this did not affect our stay. In general, we like it very much and we intend to go back

I loved the super comfortable house, full kitchen with all the necessary utensils, super equipped. The pool is a wonderful heated pool. The house is close to the beach, we went every day on foot. And the owner Joseli is super attentive.

The house is everything it says in the ad and more. Fernando was super nice since we booked the space and gave us lots of tips on what to do during the day and what to eat at night. The house matches the description and photos very well: spacious, well ventilated, calm, peaceful and quiet. And the best part: a few meters from the beach. The accommodation was impeccable in cleanliness and tidiness when we arrived and Fernando was super nice at check-in, giving us the keys a few minutes early. It was only owed in a few points: in the location in the network works (at least not my operator Tim) and the Wi-Fi was very unstable on the days we were in the house. When we arrived the pool was not 100% clean and also the house was without gas for cooking and without water to drink (which as soon as Fernando was notified, he made himself available promptly and it was brought in a few minutes). In addition, we chose this space because we have a dog and in that regard it was also worth it.
