Wonderful experience from start to finish! It all happened exactly as described on the listing. The apartment is extremely cozy, well maintained and ideal for those seeking comfort and practicality. The pool deserves special mention: large, very clean and with a super pleasant temperature — even at night the water was delicious, even seeming to be heated. The location is also excellent, with easy access to several beaches in the region. The host was impeccable: super attentive, professional and always available to help with any questions. This made all the difference in our stay. Without a doubt, I intend to return and recommend it without so much as a second thought!

The stay at the Rooftop Tamandaré flat was all as expected. The apartment matches the listing. The photos are identical to the accommodations. Lorena is the best host possible, always helpful and attentive. Very nice, cheerful and responded quickly to messages. The place's distinguishing characteristic is certainly the kitchen utensils, it has everything and a little more. There is no need to bring salt or seasonings, for example. Tamandaré is very quiet and close to Carneiros beach.

I stayed with my mother and sister for 9 days at Marcelo and Camila's place and it was a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautiful and very cozy. Everything was very clean and organized. Great shower and super comfortable beds and pillows (which I think is very important). The location is great tb. It is about a 2-minute drive to the beach and about 5/7 minutes to the street that has the village's shops and restaurants. Our communication was with Marcelo and was the best possible. We had a problem with the airline on the way there and Marcelo made everything easy for us, check-in and check-out at different times, provided contacts and answered everything very quickly and clearly. For us, it was wonderful to have his help. He also provided us with a lot of information about the area (food and leisure). For absolutely everything we needed, Marcelo responded quickly, extremely politely and helpfully. We highly recommend it! Thank you so much, again, Marcelo!

Our stay was excellent, my husband and I went to seek tranquility and peace, and we found much more. We went to celebrate our crystal wedding anniversary and the hostess left a beautiful card with a beautiful message and a delicious chocolate, it left us very emotional. The flat is very new and has a very beautiful decor, I was able to cook my meals and we had a lot of peace and silence as we wanted. The host is really a 10! We'll want to come back!

The stay was perfect, perfect for couples, everything clean, impeccable and organized, Cilene was extremely helpful and provided a crib, the air conditioning is great, but if you travel with babies, the flats are next to a gas station and it can be noisy at night, white noise or a strong fan can help, and Cilene also provided us with the fan! We love it and we will definitely be back!

The apartment is very comfortable for 4 people. Everything new and functioning perfectly. The location in relation to the beach is very good, but the neighborhood has many construction sites and is far from downtown Maragogi. It's great for those who have a car available. The stay was very good. Diogo is always very attentive and helpful.

Great stay at Villa Amaré. The apartment and outdoor space are very nice! You just have to walk through the door to access the beach. The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. I would come back if I go back to Maragogi.

We spent 10 nights in Tamandaré in Tatyana's apartment. The place is identical to the photos. The view of the beach is beautiful. The apartment had everything you needed: equipped kitchen, electric kettle, air conditioning, comfortable mattress, balcony with table and chairs, beach items, bath and pool towels, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, good internet connection. A 10. Communication with Tatyana was always quick, even before check-in. He always answered all our questions quickly. The condominium is very nice, it has direct access to the sea, it has a pool and during the morning there are staff available to place the umbrella and sun loungers on the beach (if you go down at noon, you must place it yourself), exclusive parking at the entrance according to order of arrival. Tamandaré is a small town, the people are very friendly and it is in the process of growing. Very comfortable between more popular beaches such as Porto de Galinhas and Maragoggi. We would definitely come back 😊

I loved the very complete leisure space and the apartment was very welcoming and had everything we needed inside a house. Nothing to complain about, I recommend it and I will be happy to return in a future leisure opportunity.

Very comfortable accommodation, better than in the photos, safe and pleasant location, helpful and friendly condominium staff. Patacho beach is a short walk from the apartment, the streets have no pavement, and to access other beaches or shops, it is ideal to have your own vehicle. Wonderful location. A peace and silence I've never seen. Anyone with a rental car will have no trouble buying anything. Within a radius of up to 17 minutes, you can buy whatever you need. I just missed a washing machine. But that didn't take away the shine of this Wonderful place. Security was the most impressive. I just have to thank you for staying with my family for these 3 wonderful days. I hope to return.

The Accommodation delivers the contractor. The photos reflect reality. Space very well looked after and decorated. Condominium with swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness center and children's playground. The common areas are very well taken care of, friendly and polite collorators. We stayed during the carnival of 2024, with the condominium full, but with everything working perfectly. I highly recommend it!
