We very much like the environmenta, everything very clean, organized, practical , has everything you need and a little more, there was courtesies waiting for us as a welcome, the host always requests a lot and the hospitality is not even talked about … finally we will return other times and we will indicate to friends.

I can't even describe how amazing our stay was! We went to celebrate the company's end of the year! We arrived, there was a beautiful basket to welcome us. With the host's recommendation, we hired a girl to cook for us! We arrived and everything was ready. The house was impeccably clean and organized. It's literally on the beach street. It didn't take us 5 minutes to get to the waterfront. Very cozy and pleasant house. At all times, the host responded to messages and answered questions. She recommended, in addition to the cook, some tours that were amazing. We can only thank you! Our employees loved it too! The only negative point was that the pool man didn't come to clean the pool on Saturday/Sunday, but we managed to use it anyway. Otherwise, everything was a 10! We will definitely be back and recommend it without a doubt. It's 2h/2:30 from the airport, but we took transfers that she recommended and it was amazing. I leave my admiration here.

Unforgettable Refuge in Japaratinga! Casa Linda, surrounded by coconut trees, super wooded and 30 seconds from the beach. Absolute silence, starry sky at night and even fireflies in the garden. Ideal for families, has sand blocks for children, cradle, plenty of space and is safe and quiet. In terms of infrastructure in the bedrooms and bathroom, everything is super comfortable: great beds, smelling bedding, potent showers, full kitchen and barbecue, which cannot be missed in the beach house and was used every day. The hostess is amazing, she gave us all the right tips on where to eat, who delivers, and the best tour ever: typical raft of the region that takes you to eat lobster barbecue in the natural pools (not to be missed!). And the house still comes with a wonderful employee who makes a regional breakfast with couscous, tapioca, cakes and fresh fruit. The truth is that we love the authentic Japaratinga experience we had. Thanks Fernanda, we'll be back for sure!

Very cozy and functional house, with all possible items to accommodate perfectly, from bedding to utensils; everything impeccable. The house is located in a condominium with excellent leisure infrastructure and close to the beach.

Wonderful stay, pleasant and family atmosphere. Mr. Clerivaldo was very attentive and proactive. The owners Hermes and Izabel were always available and provided all the necessary information for a peaceful stay. Super recommend it. My family and I felt at home!

Casa Coroa Grande is a real jewel next to the beach that combines comfort, style and impeccable hospitality. With a huge built-up area, the house offers five spacious bedrooms, each more beautiful than the other, equipped with double box beds, single and even bunks, accommodating up to 16 people in total comfort. The modern and at the same time rustic and praiana decoration has a welcoming atmosphere. In addition we made a top barbecue in the barbecue area and balcony. The kitchen is complete, has Wi-Fi, Smart TV with access to various streaming apps, fridge and freezer, ensuring practicality and convenience during the stay. The large backyard, adorned with garden and a swimming pool, provided a quiet and safe environment where it was possible to swim and play! Host Filipe stands out for attention and dedication, providing a unique experience!! Were moments of leisure and also of praise and worship of God that we spent with friends in the beautiful Great Crown House!

The flat is even better than in the photos, very luxurious, good taste, in addition to being huge, huge bathroom, the shower is strong and the perfect warmth, there is a closet near the bed that was excellent for storing the bags, the air conditioning freezes the whole apartment, the bed is perfect, mega comfortable, very spacious and the sofa too, the kitchen is very well equipped, everything is very well organized and sanitized, it is very spacious and the table for making meals is great and the chairs, large refrigerator, it freezes quickly and I loved the stove. The owner is very polite, proactive, always responds quickly. The building is well located, polite staff and the pool is wonderful, in the afternoon the pool is warm, perfect, in addition the building is close to the beach and supermarkets. Thank you for hosting us so well, it was an amazing time, I hope to return more often and stay in this flat again, it met our needs very well, all the best to you and your family, God bless your life even more.

gisele Fernanda is a great person, I highly recommend the place, you can book without fear. She was super helpful, she understood our arrival time and especially the departure time. We didn't have any issues with our stay. Local is in the center of São José da Coroa Grande and is very close to all the sights of Maragogi, maximum 20 min drive to downtown Maragogi. Cost benefit is worth too much. Clean room, with air-conditioning, equipped kitchen, super cozy and comfortable. Like I said, you might take it off without fear.

everything was wonderful, close to the beach, very clean place, great pool, close to everything, quiet place, only family, about Dona Tati, kind and helpful at all times, I'm grateful for everything.

The accommodations are fantastic, but São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, commerce and needs to improve in gastronomy, the prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

Spectacular accommodation. All very clean and organized. The apartment is very beautiful, the internal space is great and the decoration is very good. Everything with a new and functional face. The bed and the pillows are excellent. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Hosts are concerned about making the environment as good as possible. I felt at home. It is well worth eating in the nearby pizzeria. To be "O" paradise, it was only necessary to be closer to the beach and have a stronger water pressure in the bathrooms. But the stay was 5 stars. I highly recommend and would stay again if you return a day.

Great apartment, quality of beds, linen and towels. Many high quality cooking utensils. Nearby beach, almost private. We had a memorable stay. The only negative point, which is not of the house but of the public power, is that the street is not completely urbanized and accumulates pools of water that makes mobility difficult. But it is in the process of urbanization. Soon it won't be an issue anymore. But the apartment itself is note 10. And the wonderful Cau services.

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!

A very beautiful place, the apartment has a tasteful decoration and is in a charming condominium, despite having buildings taking place in new phases of the development. But that doesn't hurt and didn't bother us. Back rs rs rs!
