The penthouse is very comfortable and cozy. The place was very clean and fragrant, air-conditioning in all rooms, very good location, it is close to an avenue with restaurants, supermarket is also not very far. The beach of the fort, which is the closest to the region, is beautiful! Great place to relax and enjoy the beach. Mariane is super helpful, responds quickly, polite. Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants nearby; because it was a long weekend, with the city crowded with tourists, it was very good to be able to walk to the beach, even with the children. One inconvenience was the lack of Internet signal; the solution found minimized the problem, but the signal remained intermittent, despite Fabio's efforts to try to solve the problem. It would be nice if some basic products were available for immediate use, such as sugar, oil, soap powder, liquid soap in the bathrooms ... but overall, the stay went very well and met expectations. I appreciate the attention and availability of Mr. Cláudio, including for the check-out, prompt and punctual at 6:30 am.

The stay was very good. The apartment is well located and has easy access to Dunas beach. Everything was as reported on the site. Communication with André was always very easy and fast. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need and was very clean. Here's a tip: the building number is 580, but it's between 60 and 56, so it should be 58. Cabo Frio things, lol. But the wase leaves you in the right place.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which made our tours and meals much easier. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also like to highlight the excellent service of the hostess and owner, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. He demonstrated great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and making the check-out time more flexible, which made all the difference for our trip. An amazing place, we were greeted in a sensational way, everything was very clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue area to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny.

I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well maintained, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The apartment was impeccable, everything as in the publication. It is located in the center facing the sea and you have all the businesses nearby. The view is beautiful. What I didn't know was that it had so many stairs, 7 floors, which was a little uncomfortable for me, but then everything was perfect.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. Laura's penthouse was exactly what we were looking for, secure, facing the beach with the beautiful sea view, beautiful sunset, space for family barbecue. It was the perfect choice to reunite with our family. If we come back to the area, we will surely try to stay at this apartment again.

We loved the apartment, very nice view, very complete, everything it offered, the pool was beautiful. We had a problem, but we were able to solve it with the owner of the place who was complaining about some scratches on the TVs. I am convinced that we didn't do it because we hadn't even plugged in the one in the room because we didn't use it. But then, luckily, he was able to find out that it had been another guest or the cleaning people themselves. And I was more relaxed there. The only thing to add is that the location is wrong on Google Maps. When you put the address, it marks it in the center of Rua das Pedras, and it is almost at Praia dos Osos. It happened when I arrived and when I called the Uber to take us. Maybe we need to fix that. After everything, amazing! The service, the The place, the view, and the equipment that the place has is super complete, nothing is missing.
