Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Comfort, quiet and beauty will fill you with happiness.

You can also fish on the pond.

A good place to share with family or friends, you will enjoy beautiful landscapes and quiet paths for hiking or mountain biking, also quiet roads for bicycles and entertainment for all throughout the Creuse. There are two lakes for swimming and water sports within 20 and 40 minutes away and a wolf park and giant hedge maze 20 minutes away.

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
