We had a great time staying here for our family weekend getaway. Everything was immaculate and the amenities made as feel right at home. The host was friendly and responsive. We highly recommend staying at this charming home.

The house was so clean and absolutely adorable! Located on a quiet and peaceful street. Felt right at home, about 25 minute drive to Newport with great views of the island. Kirsten was a great host, So friendly and welcoming. Even got little toys for our kids to play with while in town! Would love to stay here again! Thanks so much for having us 😃

We stayed at Jennifer's Wakefield Bungalow over a weekend with our dog in tow. What a gem! Both Jennifer and the bungalow! It's cozy, comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well stocked, especially the kitchen. The fenced-in area with a deck in the back made it easy to safely get the dog out. Jennifer's guidebook was filled with clearly written information on what was where and how things worked. There were also helpful suggestions on local attractions and places to eat, a few of which we took advantage of. You walk a couple of hundred yards and you are literally at the edge of the village, on the water, that's filled with little shops and great places to eat and drink. The whole experience was as close to perfect as one could hope for.

We had a lovely time at Jason's place for two nights. It is in a wonderful part of RI with great beaches and towns. The house was clean and very comfortable. Jason is an excellent communicator and gave very clear instructions for getting in, as well as managing there. Thank you, Jason!

We stayed here for my mom’s 80th birthday and had a wonderful time. Well decorated and equipped spacious house, with comfortable beds and in a quiet area. Nicely situated between Providence and Newport. Great place, great host, and a great value.

What an absolute pleasure it was staying at the Nautical Nest! We were welcomed to a *sparkling* clean home and settled in right away. There was something for everyone. My husband loved the exceptionally large tv in the livingroom; there were also tvs in the bedrooms. I loved all of the natural light and cooking in the open floor plan kitchen. The pups were loving life in that massive fenced in yard. Sadly we weren’t there longer but hope to return again. The hosts were exceptional: very responsive, friendly, and checked in to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend staying here!

First time traveling to this area and it was perfect. Our family of 7 had an amazing time and was very comfortable. Areas were spacious, beautiful yard, two bathrooms (a definite plus) centrally located to everything, very clean, comfortable sleeping, everything you need when traveling. I can't say enough about this home. Was on a busy street but that did not have any negative impact at all. Roland gave great recommendations and he was spot on! The French bakery, seafood restaurants and beaches were a stone's throw away. Great location and spectacular accommodations. We also took advantage of the fire pit 😋 thank you so much Roland, this was a short getaway that my family and I needed. Definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay while attending our son's graduation at UCONN. The place was clean and homey, perfect when traveling back and forth. Our plans changed and we did not bring our dog, and Ashley was kind enough to refund us. My son goes back to UConn in the fall for his master's, and we know where we will stay again next May.

The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We were there for six nights celebrating our son’s graduation from the United States Coast Guard Academy, and couldn’t have found a better place. Our family enjoyed gathering and spending time together. The house had everything you could need - Tracy and Patrick clearly care about creating an inviting place for families to enjoy and were very responsive. The location was perfect with easy access to restaurants, a grocery store, New London, Mystic, Foxwoods and Point Judith.

The place was so spacious for our group of friends for a weekend away! It was very well kept and we had an amazing stay!

The house was perfect for our family, loved that the Master bedroom was separate from the others. Short walk to the ocean and Restaurants. Would definitely rent this home again.

Steve's place was amazing. The carriage house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a wonderful space for our long weekend! We were just a close drive to Providence, where we needed to be most of the weekend. I would stay there again!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

This country getaway is an absolute gem! Just 20 minutes outside of Providence, this luxury escape offers the perfect mix of peace and charm. The home is stunning—boasting beautiful high ceilings, an incredibly spacious layout, and a beautiful kitchen that made it a pleasure to cook in. The outdoor space is a dream. The pool is serene and refreshing, and being surrounded by horses and cows added such a unique, calming touch to the stay. The entire property is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a weekend recharge or longer escape. Cristyn was a thoughtful and responsive host, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious countryside experience near the city!

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

The cottage is located on the same property as three other rentals, a large house and two smaller once. Depending on how many of them are occupied, privacy can vary. During our stay the two smaller homes were rented as well. Unfortunately the backyard is not completely fenced, but there was on piece of fence that allowed us to block the one open spot, so our dogs didn’t run away. The cottage is big enough for two adults. The bathroom is fairly small, but is enough for a short stay. The living room and the kitchen are adjacent and are nice for cooking or spending time when you are not discovering Newport and the surrounding area. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet spot after a long day of discovering Rhode Island, Martha Vineyard, Block Island and many other beautiful places.

Such a lovely time and Chris & Cynthia’s! Cynthia was so communicative leading up to our stay and kindly greeted us upon arrival for a quick walkthrough of the property. They were so accommodating and easy going with check in times and were so pet friendly! Loved staying here!

Thank you for the short term rental. We used your home while we attended the URI Graduation and it was perfect for our family of Parents, a Sibling, a set of Grandparents and the family dog. Cozy home, quite neighborhood, location was perfect for the school and coincidently close to my Graduates rental in Saunderstown also. If we return to RI and your rental is available, it will be our number 1 choice. Thank you so very much.

Great spot. Just like the photos. Has a local neighborhood vibe and easy walk to the popular Newport attractions. Love the heated floors in the bathroom. Sue was a great communicator and was very helpful.

We were in town for a family wedding and I can’t believe the space that we got for the price we paid. What a great deal! Beautiful apartment, very spacious. Wonderful walk to the main strip, but far enough away that you don’t get a bunch of drunk people walking by. Lol From the review I read, I expected the stairway up to be a bit precarious, but it wasn’t. Is the third floor apartment but the stairs are just normal stairs. We had no trouble carrying our luggage up. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook meals. The place was spotless. My only recommendation would be for the hosts to provide the checkout instructions earlier than a day before checkout. The instructions included separating recycling from trash, that would’ve been good to know during our stay so that we wouldn’t have to go through the trash afterwards to take out the recycling. Would definitely stay here again, and probably will. Thank you to the hosts for stress-free stay.

This was our second stay. Loved it the second time as much as the first time. Sue and Scot and their dog family are just wonderful. Location is one of my favorite RI destinations.

We had such a lovely stay at Fly Fisher's Cottage! It was really easy to get to local restaurants and places to visit from here, and just as nice to walk around the neighborhood and visit the beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed, and is very stylish to boot. Clare was super accommodating too. I would happily stay here again if we're in the area! P.s. Definitely visit Rome Point Cafe just around the corner, and try their griddled banana bread!

We had a wonderful weekend at Katie’s cottage! It was the perfect amount of space for 8 girls and to say the house was beautiful is an understatement! I would highly recommend staying here!
