If you’re looking for a beautiful Airbnb close to downtown Newport, look no further! This is an amazing home about 10 minutes from the wharf area. My family of 6 stayed for 4 nights and had the best time! The house was perfect! Spacious, comfortable, pristine, well equipped kitchen, gorgeous yard and pool, comfortable beds and linens! The host, Za, provided very clear instructions regarding check in and check out. We really appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival! This is one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve stayed at! Will definitely come back!!!

Patrick and Tracy were wonderful to rent from and the house was great. We had 5 adults and everyone slept comfortably. The patio was a great experience with the pool, hot tub and great outdoor seating. We loved the area and would return in a heartbeat if the dates are open for next year’s trip.

Our family just had a wonderful time at Stacy and Mario‘s house. The house was immaculate, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The views were beautiful especially the sunsets. The hosts were extremely responsive and considerate

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Adrienne’s place was great! The accommodations were as described. We really loved the serenity of the environment and how private it was. This place is aptly named “Natures Nook” and we loved walking the property and feeling immersed with nature even when inside. There were so many outdoor activities available to us. Although we didn’t get to take advantage of it all, would definitely book again if we are in the area!

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was exactly as described in the listing—spotlessly clean and fully equipped for a four-bedroom house. Our group of seven had everything we needed, from linens and towels to plenty of plates, cups, and ample space. The outdoor area was especially enjoyable. It featured a spacious composite deck with comfortable furniture (including cushions), a fire pit, and a BBQ—perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, ideal for walks, and just two blocks from Pebble Beach, a great spot to enjoy the waterfront. Though our visit was more for business than vacation, the location was incredibly convenient. It was only a 15-minute drive to the Naval Base for work commitments, with downtown Newport and the famous Cliff Walk equally accessible. I highly recommend this home and its wonderful host to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in the Middletown/Newport area.

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

Matthew’s home was more beautiful than the pictures! Everything was spotless. It was the perfect space for myself, mom, and sisters. I got ready for my wedding in the morning there. We had ample space to get ready. I would absolutely recommend this home for a weekend get away. And I would love to go back.

Thank you for the short term rental. We used your home while we attended the URI Graduation and it was perfect for our family of Parents, a Sibling, a set of Grandparents and the family dog. Cozy home, quite neighborhood, location was perfect for the school and coincidently close to my Graduates rental in Saunderstown also. The house was so clean and absolutely adorable! Located on a quiet and peaceful street. Felt right at home, about 25 minute drive to Newport with great views of the island. Kirsten was a great host, So friendly and welcoming. Even got little toys for our kids to play with while in town! Would love to stay here again! Thanks so much for having us 😃

This stay exceeded my expectations. I like to cook but rarely do I enjoy cooking in other people’s kitchens - that was not the case here. The entire home was well appointed and provided everything I could have needed. Additionally the kitchen was spotless and contained high end cookware, which made cooking there a joy. We took advantage of the outdoor griddle by making smash burgers. The dogs enjoyed back yard access to the water, which was a mini beach in low tide. My nosey chihuahua enjoyed the view of the neighborhood through many windows, although she was ultimately disappointed by how peaceful the street was as there weren’t a lot of passers by. I particularly loved the view - water viewed through both the front and back windows. The beds were very comfortable and literally every amenity that I forgot to pack was provided.

We stayed at Jennifer's Wakefield Bungalow over a weekend with our dog in tow. What a gem! Both Jennifer and the bungalow! It's cozy, comfortable, clean, and exceptionally well stocked, especially the kitchen. The fenced-in area with a deck in the back made it easy to safely get the dog out. Jennifer's guidebook was filled with clearly written information on what was where and how things worked. There were also helpful suggestions on local attractions and places to eat, a few of which we took advantage of. You walk a couple of hundred yards and you are literally at the edge of the village, on the water, that's filled with little shops and great places to eat and drink. The whole experience was as close to perfect as one could hope for.

We come to the area often and are glad to add this to our list of places to stay! Perfect spot to stay and feel like a local.

Marisa & Gerry’s place was absolutely wonderful. Stayed here with a big gals group and it was exactly what we needed. We went out in Newport for the weekend and the proximity was great. House is so beautiful and spacious. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful! Great stay overall.

Staying at Daniela’s place was great! Super easy to find and get into the peaceful house on the pond. Even though it was pet friendly, the house was spotless and had no wear or tear from previous visitors. It was great that they had child gates at stairs too! The dog loved going out in the canoe and swimming in the pond! Great place overall!

We came for our son's graduation in Providence, and Thomas’s place was perfect for our stay. Traveling with three generations, it was nice to have a spacious, comfortable home base where we could all unwind after long, exciting days. The house was spotless, exactly as pictured. The views were beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet and charming, and everything about the home made us feel relaxed and welcome. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area, and we hope to return for another visit soon!

Renee was a fantastic host! We loved staying here and had a great time! We thought it would have been closer to the beach, but even then it was still a great home to stay in. The only beach we had access to that was close was Kelly Beach - It was alright. Narangassett Beach and Scarborough were close beaches and they were great! Wasn’t too far of a drive to get there. Renee’s house had an awesome deck to hangout on and the home was super clean and well kept. We very likely will come back!

We had a great stay. The house was spotless, the view was absolutely beautiful, and Sarah was incredibly kind, courteous, and responsive throughout our trip. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Can’t recommend this place enough for a relaxing coastal getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Great area, comfortable, well appointed home, easy to childproof, nice backyard. Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Close to beaches, towns, coffee spots. Our hosts were so responsive and have thoughtful touches throughout the house. This house exceeded our expectations! I would highly recommend it!

Can’t say enough amazing things about this place. We wanted a once in a lifetime memory with our kids and the place completely delivered. View was INCREDIBLE. Place was so comfortable and clean. We loved the separation of two kids rooms upstairs and the master downstairs. Parking was super simple and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was well stocked with kid dishes we made use of. The welcome wine and drinks were also much appreciated. Next time we are in Rhode Island we will definitely be staying here!

Anna's place made a wonderful home base for 7 nights! We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the private beach access because we were so busy visiting all of the surrounding areas! It is very conveniently located for driving to everything, including the Martha's Vineyard Fast Ferry station in Kingstown, the Amtrak station in Kingston (just 1 hour on the Acela train from Boston!), Newport, and of course, the expansive Narragansett beach. There are so many dining choices nearby! We enjoyed our first night dinner at The Coastal Cabin, a few breakfasts at Linda's Diner, a few dinners at Wickford on the Water and some craft beers at The Tilted Barn. The outside fire pit was fun and we even roasted birthday cake in lieu of marshmallows! The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing, the leather couch was homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home and the host was easy to communicate with. My only complaints would be the location. Mia did add a small sign by the driveway however it can be easy to miss if not paying close attention. It is right off a main road so the street noise can be slightly loud out front and there is currently construction that is a bit annoying, but not enough to deter me from staying again. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay another time if we’re ever back in the area.
