Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Jamestown

Great location on the East Side of Providence, very walkable to Brown and nearby dining options within a 10 minute walk. Easy drive to anywhere in Providence. Very clear communication + instructions for the apartment.

Annette’s space was beautifully decorated and in a great location. The parking garage was convenient and once parked we walked to everywhere during our visit. The lobby and building were being renovated so we never saw the gym or pool but the new tile downstairs will be great once it is finished. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Steven could not have been nicer or more responsive. I needed a quick and simple place to stay while visiting my daughter at URI. Felt comfortable as a single female.

The Loft was what I needed. For a long term stay it was perfect. I felt safe, and at home. I first noticed how clean it was. Very well kept and laid out. Any questions I had Nicole quickly answered. My only concerns were broken equipment in the shared gym (out of Nicole’s control). I asked for a toaster and swifter, and she ordered them for my next stay! I highly recommend the Loft and Nicole as a host.

Just perfect! The location was close to downtown and easily walkable to city activities. The street was quiet with easy access to the freeway. While a small footprint, I had everything I needed in this 1b/1b. The bed was heaven; I slept like an angel the whole time. One suggestion, add a couple of basic kitchen items (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) to make using the kitchen a little easier.

This is a simple, homey apartment away from the chaos of downtown yet just a quick drive away. We cooked several meals there and would say that though it’s not a chef’s kitchen it gets the job done. If you plan to cook, bring your own oils, spices, etc and expect basic pots, pans, and dishes. Awesome entertainment options, comfy beds, quiet, light and airy. We had a great stay. Host communication is outstanding.

Everything was easy to book, private, and comfortable. It was great to know we had a parking space in the back lot. I wish we were able to stay longer than a night. I would have liked to be able to check out after 10am. However, I didn't even ask if that was a possibility. I suppose I was avoiding more charges. I would most definitely book with them again.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

Beautiful and fully equipped room! There were heated pools and I made use of the gym. Lots of walkable restaurants and the staff gave great recommendations

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

We rented 2 suites 08/2023 for 5 days for my daughters august 2024 wedding. Air bnb canceled my daughters suite leaving us frantic. Paul was aware of this & understood my anxiousness & fear. He was in constant contact, reassuring me that his rental is firm. Paul even called ahead to the Wyndham to double check everything. Can’t say thank you enough! I would love to make this stay @ Paul’s an annual event. The location was perfect and the condo was immaculate & comfortable

Even with the most detailed descriptions and instructions about any airbnb property, there can be things omitted, often unintentionally, but can be a real nuisance when trying to check in late at night after a long car ride, or when trying to plan your day. This was NOT the case with Eileen's home. Besides being beautiful, clean and in a great location, everything that we anticipated about the property based on the listing was 100% accurate and we didn't have to give a second thought about logistics or make any impromptu trips to get things we thought would be available at the home. We were able to focus solely on the itinerary we had and then kick back and relax in the evening with everything anyone could possibly need at our disposal. Great property, great location and great host. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Eileen!

Very unique and clean house with plenty of space for the family!

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot we needed it to be. It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in/out. Tim was responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was a beautiful home!

Beautiful house that was well equipped and provides great views from all desks. Multiple levels offer personal space for larger groups.

We really enjoyed our short stay! Location was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The ping pong table in the basement was a hit with the kids.

This house is very charming and spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bedroom layouts. Westport and the Acoaxet neighborhood are so charming and make for a pleasant vacation with lots of beach and nature preserves surrounding. Anyway, I highly recommend this stay.
