Steps from the inner-harbour and all the major tourist attractions including Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum, "The Falls," is the perfect place to explore Victoria. The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building. Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio. Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer. We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have. The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops. It’s a beautiful place with an incredible view . Paul is straightforward and proactive. It’s a good price compared to Poet’s Cover and right next to the ferry terminal. If you come here I hope the following tips help so you can prepare accordingly: 1. There are some flies and ants inside the cabin. 2. There are absolutely no food items here so bring it ALL down to salt and pepper to coffee to cooking oil to shampoo 3. It’s a tight layout I would say it could fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. 4. The pool is seasonal- it’s not open all year round 5. The hot water tank is on its way out or it’s small. It didn’t bother us as it was just my husband and I . It would be an issue for those more than 2 who want to take a bath or shower back to back.

Doug and Joy's place was even better than the pictures and description! Not only was it peaceful, but it was absolutely beautiful! Joy and Doug were phenomenal hosts with wonderful recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and necessities. Walter and Remi, as well as the kitties, were the perfect welcome crew, too! We look forward to seeing the property during the summer and visiting with Joy and Doug again! Also, sorry about forgetting to start the dish washer before we left, Joy!

I was visiting family in Sidney and needed a last minute place to stay. Mark’s place caught my attention online and when I arrived it was exactly as i expected. The scenery around the property is stunning. It is the quietest place i think i have ever rented, and the unit itself was great. I would absolutely rent this place again and highly recommend Mark as a host.

It was a pleasure to stay in such an amazing and beautiful place. The property is literally right on the beach, offering an incredible view of the lake and surrounded by forest. There are plenty of activities available: brand-new kayaks, swimming in the lake, hiking, basketball, tennis, and more. Shops are within walking distance. Everything was perfect, especially the friendly, home-like hosting. The property has everything you could need — and even more! We will definitely come back in the summer!! Excellent place!

We absolutely loved this place! Jessica and her husband have really outdone themselves setting up this beautiful space! They have literally thought of everything inside and out. The kitchen was perfect and had everything you could possibly think of. She even supplied an Airfryer when I inquired which was super thoughtful! The coffee bar is amazing! Loaded with coffees, teas, a grinder, fresh beans, selection of flavoured syrups, fresh cream and even honey. She truly thought of everything. She had a beautiful basket of snacks to greet us which were super appreciated and unexpected. The bathroom was so nice and had everything you would need in it as well! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds super comfy! My husband wanted to know where they got their furniture in the living room it was so comfy! Outside area was so amazing as well! We used the hot tub and enjoyed sitting out and playing the yard games they had supplied! I can’t say enough! We would definitely recommend!
