Vacation rentals with a hot tub in James Bay, West Bay

Absolutely gorgeous spot on the ocean. Hottub was a very nice touch after a long day of driving, and the patio was perfect for morning coffee.

This was one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we’ve stayed via Airbnb. The home is beautifully provisioned and the yard is fantastic. We loved sitting out back listening to the bubbling water and birds singing. The hosts were friendly and thoughtful. We would definitely choose again and highly recommend.

Seascape is Awesome! The accommodations were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and living areas. The views were amazing and the outdoor areas packed with things to do and see. The hosts responded quickly and was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this excellent space.

Sky House exceeded our expectations in every way! Stunning, private location with incredible views of the water and forest. The house provided a lot of sleeping options and we enjoyed the pool table and board games. Close to hikes and trails and just a 45-minute drive from Victoria. A truly ideal, secluded vacation getaway in a gorgeous area of Vancouver Island.

As soon as the three of us drove up to the home, we recognized the house. from the photos. There was plenty of parking for at least two cars. Walking into the home felt like a warm hug. Fresh flowers from the garden in the entrance, a bottle of wine awaiting our arrival, eggs and half and half for morning, and other little extras to make our stay more enjoyable. The home was nicer than the photos and did not disappoint. It was immaculate with plenty of towels and bedding. The location is fantastic. It's literally 2 blocks from the water and right by the Fisherman's Wharf (floating homes, restaurants and shops--a bit touristy), but also near highly rated local restaurants like Il Covo. It's only about a mile and a half from the Dallas Road waterfront walking trail (spectacular views) and less than a mile walk from downtown Victoria. After a day of exploring Victoria, it was a relaxing and comfortable place to land. 100% recommend.

We were 2 couples visiting the province for a family gathering. This place was absolutely perfect for us! Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated homes. The gardens are gorgeous and we grew attached to all the lovely animals outside the front door! The rural setting was close to all the urban places we visited....and we enjoyed getting to know the surrounding area. Krista was responsive and helpful....and gave us lots of great tips! This is the best airbnb experience we have ever had!

We spent two nights at Shannon’s place and had a wonderful experience. The property looked exactly like the photos, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time—playing games, sitting around the fire, and relaxing in the hot tub. Shannon was very responsive. On the morning of our check-in, I reached out to let her know about a small change in our plans—we needed a crib and high chair. She replied right away and assured us it was no problem. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked—far beyond our expectations. There were plenty of spices, foil, Ziploc bags, etc…

Great cottage by the lake, no need to leave the property, so much activities you can do. Pedal boat riding on the lake, fire pit, nap on a hammock, a lots of fun in the game room, and nice bbq dinner and hot tub to end the night. Our dog also loved her stay. Highly recommend for a family get a way. Great, very responsive host. We would definitely come back to this place.

Amazing stay at Sunny and Aparna's place. The cottage is unique in that it is a separate home on the property, providing almost complete privacy. The surrounding area is extremely peaceful and quiet, which ensured we had the relaxing vacation we hoped for. The only noises you can expect are local deer walking in the grass and birds throughout the day. The cottage has everything you will need for your stay and we were able to cook most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils etc). The beds are very comfortable, shower runs hot, and the AC/heating system works very well. The large and private hot tub is a definite highlight of this rental, as it it overlooks their beautiful view and allows you to enjoy the setting despite the cooler evenings. Sunny and Aparna were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to book here again. 10/10 experience.

A perfectly positioned cabin on the lake with all the amenities one might desire. The hot tub was perfect for our cold wet weekend. The host were always quick to help and make our stay the best.

This cabin is the perfect getaway! Beautiful lake, hot tub and sauna. We loved every minute. Sari was an amazing host - she left us with some snacks and helped us out when we had some trouble with the coffee pot. Highly recommend!

I stayed at this place for 3 days as part of a hiking trip. I was looking for something quiet and a little tucked away and this was perfect. The cabin is clean and private. It's also spacious and very tastefully decorated. The view from the front of the cabin or from the balcony into the bay is great. The nearby trails in East Sooke are great. There is a grocery store and food trucks a 5 min drive away. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property with all the amenities and details. Central to Victoria and Sooke yet tucked away on a peaceful hill (mountain) We met Rob soon after we checked in and he shared a lot of great insight on the area. We definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again.
