Steps from the inner-harbour and all the major tourist attractions including Beacon Hill Park and the Royal BC Museum, "The Falls," is the perfect place to explore Victoria. The unit is on the 7th floor and remarkably quiet despite being so central. Beautiful water features and a spa-like entrance greet you as you enter the building. Amenities: Fitness gym consisting of 2 treadmills, 2 eliptical machines, a bike, 2 stretch mats, and free weights; Heated outdoor swimming pool (29 degrees celcius/ 84 degrees farenheit) & poolside lounge area with chairs provided (open May 1st to October 1st); Hot tub (open dawn to dusk) with chemical levels tested daily and consistent with VIHA regulations; Shower & change room; Outdoor fire place and lounge area with couch-style seating on pool deck patio. Guests receive full access to the building, the pool and hot tub is only available during the Spring and Summer. We are experienced AirBnB hosts and are readily available to help you check-in and answer any questions you have. The apartment is close to all the city's major tourist attractions, including The Empress Hotel, Beacon Hill Park, the Inner Harbour, Royal BC Museum, Parliament Buildings, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Bus routes, ferries, float planes and taxis are all nearby. Please note, we only give 1 bed per 2 guests. If 2 guests each require their own separate bed, an extra fee will be charged. We must be notified of additional guests not on the reservation, and a fee will be charged.

A bright ground-level 1bdrm suite with all you need for a vacation or work trip! Close to RRU, VGH, JIBC, amazing trails and beaches! The suite is quiet and clean, newly renovated in 2023. It is open concept with a large kitchen and small seating area. There is a laundry closet, & full bathroom with amazing shower and a tub. The bedroom is separated by sliding barn door & has queen bed with 4 drawers and a closet. There is a lovely outdoor space with bistro table. We look forward to hosting you!
