hey, its a great place to stay. ann was very actively involved throughout to make sure we are well acquainted. best part was the pool. ann helped us with all the necessary details around the place like tuktuks, local taxis, tour guide, medical assistance etc. Thanks ann and team 🫶🫶 I would recommend this place and surely visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Paje, Zanzibar! The house was perfect for our family, including our baby. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home especially a baby cot. The location was convenient, close to the beach and great restaurants, and the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend for families traveling with kids!

A nice cozy place in Jambiani Very private and has all the facilities you might need,just 3 minutes walk from the beach and to nice local restaurants and little grocery stores. Lisa and her husband will give you all the directions and suggestions to enjoy your visit of the South of Zanzibar. Highly recommended!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this cozy duplex in The Soul, Paje! We felt welcomed by the vibrant community and the peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect home away from home. Whether you're staying for a few nights or planning a long-term stay, this place truly has everything you need. One of the highlights for me was the stunning lagoon pool. It was such a joy to step outside and take a refreshing dip whenever we wanted! The pool area is beautifully maintained, with shallow sections that make it perfect for families with kids. The entire resort feels very secure, thanks to the 24/7 security, and the welcoming lobby and reception staff were always helpful. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and always available to answer any questions. This duplex is the perfect spot to experience the best of Paje and Zanzibar. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Nadja was a great host, very helpful and communicative. Only a few minutes to the beach on foot. The rooms are lovely: spacious and clean, comfortable beds, kettle, mosquito nets, own bathroom, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed. Thanks Nadja!

My stay at this place in Zanzibar was just fantastic! From the first minute, I felt welcome and well taken care of. Communication with the host was super friendly, fast and reliable – all questions were answered immediately and tips about the area were provided on top. The apartment was the same as in the pictures. Everything was sparkling clean, lovingly decorated and perfectly equipped. I was particularly impressed by the proximity to the beach – in a few minutes you were in the middle of paradise. I highly recommend this place.

Ovi was very responsive before we arrived, he planned the taxi to take us from the airport to Zebra House, he paid for the transportation so we refunded him. We took from him a rental car, he gave us very good advice in relation to the local police, as well as many places to visit. The car was a real plus during this stay a very convenient small 4x4 to be able to discover any place. Zamda, meanwhile, was on site and was very available, attentive and very good tips too. The location of Zebra House is ideal, just steps from the beach, there are many restaurants along the beach. Walking on the beach we meet a lot of souvenir vendors, local people who come to see you for excursions with them, coconut vendors etc. The big point is that you have a great view of the sunrise. In short, go for Zebra House we recommend it 200%!!

Beautiful, private, quiet. The perfect place to unplug and forget about everyday life for a while. There is plenty of space to freely unfold, whether you are into training and yoga, or would rather lie by the pool in either sun or shade. Beautiful views and complete garden.

Excellent stay at the airbnb. Will definitely return in future. The staff were so helpful. Juli was always responsive whenever we needed assistance. She even helped us source detergent.

Manuela's place is enchanting, an oasis of tranquility, peace and privacy in a six most beautiful places in Zanzibar. The house is equipped with all comforts and Othman, Manuela's collaborator is always available to give you tips and directions. It's just a pity that the house was only available for 2 days, otherwise we would have stopped forever...

Our stay in Paje was simply magical, thanks in large part to the stunning villa we had the pleasure of calling home. The villa itself was an absolute dream, beautifully designed with an aesthetic with a traditional Zanzibari charm. Every detail, from the hand-woven textiles to the carefully curated decor, created an ambiance of tranquility and elegance. Sonia and Matteus were the most gracious hosts, always available to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality and birthday decor made us feel instantly welcome. The breakfast spread in the morning was a delightful feast, featuring fresh fruit and a variety of delicious options. The villa's location was perfect, just steps away from the pristine sands of Paje Beach. We spent our days soaking up the sun, and exploring the vibrant local culture. Evenings were spent relaxing on the villa's pool , enjoying the cool breeze. We highly recommend!

Nakudenda House is a nice, spacious house in the heart of Jambiani village. The beach is just a stone's throw away. Lots of nice restaurants around. The house offers comfortable, large bedrooms. It's nicely decorated and has all you need to enjoy wonderful Jambiani. Eta and Romain are very nice hosts, very proactive and try to solve any problems as quickly as possible. Communicating with them was very easy and they go out of their way to make your stay a nice one.

City center accessible in less than 10 minutes on foot, accommodation as described. Diana and Omary were very flexible with our check-in and check-out times, in addition to being always available to answer our questions. Thanks!

Our stay in Uroa was wonderful. Emanuele put us in touch with his property manager who helped us with everything from airport transfers, setting up tours and even getting some medicine when some of our family came down with the flu. Uroa is a little bit remote in terms of amenities but that is what we were looking for. There are a few local restaurants within walking distance on the beach but not much more than that. We enjoyed walking the beach every day, swimming and wading out to the sand bar at low tide. There are also people/companies on the beach if you want to setup snorkeling tours or watersports. The caretaker and the housekeeper do a wonderful job keeping up the property and the housekeeper even made a few meals for us with the groceries we bought in Stonetown! The house was beautiful and in good repair. Beds were good and the pool was great to relax in. Overall, it was a very relaxing stay, just what we needed at the end of our trip to Tanzania!

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

Stunning property, very modern and chic. Check in was a breeze as there were staff on property 24/7 ready to accommodate your needs. The day housekeeper- Esther was really lovely and welcoming. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. I would highly recommend.

The place matched the description and photos in every way. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped with amenities that made my stay pleasant and smooth. The surrounding complex was serene and well-run. The host was responsive and helpful. All in all, a great place to stay.

We spent two nights at Abdallah's, the apartment is clean and functional, ideally located very close to the narrow streets of Stone Town that lead to the seaside in 8 minutes on foot. We were hosted very generously and Abdallah answered all our questions as soon as we needed them. Ideal for discovering Stone Town and its riches, thanks again!

I am very thankful for the time I could spend at the embassy appartment. It was a very nice environment, the land lady was very helpful in everything and I am just looking forward to my next stay with the embassy appartment. The location is also nice and developping around, you can have nice local food next to you. The appartment was nice, it had also solar, what made it easy to work remote & the wireless was also enough strong. All in All very very happy and a little bit sad to leave. See you next time! This is a peaceful little apartment that had everything we needed. A few floors upstairs. A/C, washer machine, and access to the roof with a view of the ocean. We walked on the beach.

A good place for a one-night stay. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Walkable to go to the beach and go eat. Nice house manager Mr Jerry. The place doesn’t have WiFi (even though it is advertised), which is tough if you don’t have a local SIM card, and are depending on WiFi for coordinating your trip. Remember to bring bath towels, soap, and toilet paper, as there are no essentials included in this listing. Also the area is prone to electricity blackouts, so if you’re used to staying in hotels with generators, be prepared when staying in any AirBnB in Zanzibar, for blackouts.
