Maria's place was the first Airbnb I have ever stayed in in Dar es salaam. And I will not be looking for any other for my next visits. The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated. It is clean and airy. The ACs and fans work beautifully. The caretaker is on site and standby incase of any eventualities. Whatever Maria says her apartment is, it is! It is located in a quiet and easily accessible area of Mikocheni. The area is safe to access even at night and the guard is always available to open the gate. When I arrived, the guard welcomed me with a smile knowing I was coming. Maria is a great communicator and proactive host. She was willing to leave her job to come solve a small issue at the apartment. Her flexibility and understanding is admirable. I felt at home at Maria's apartment and apart from going back there I will be highly recommending it to my friends and family.

Ottima vista, alloggio bello e nuovo, spazi esterni sull’oceano. L’unica pecca è che la location è in mezzo al nulla, ove non esistono nemmeno i servizi minimi. Comunque noi siamo stati molto bene

I had a great time staying at Adams Place with my family. The location is perfect- easy to get into the town and up to the beaches and lots of stores and restaurants, very walkable. The ACs in the rooms worked great, and Adam made it easy to top up electricity when we needed it. There was a bit of an issue because there was only one set of keys but that seems like a pretty fixable problem. Overall, great stay!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It’s very spacious! The host (Allan) was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. Allan is very accommodating and always responsive to any questions or requests. A special mention to the cleaning lady, who did an excellent job each time we asked for the house to be cleaned and even took care of our laundry(you just have to ask a day ahead). I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

One of the most attentive hosts i have ever experienced on Airbnb. Abdul not only ensured someone was available to greet me on arrival, he actually guided my taxi driver to the location over the phone. It felt like he was contactable 24/7 and provided everything that i asked for, even onward travel to Paje which was súper nice. The appartment is exactly as photographed, with great Wifi and excellent AC in the bedroom. Within walking distance to the main touristy área of Stone Town, the appartment has you living next door to the islands locals which makes it incredibly authentic. It can be a busy área during the day but the appartment is very quiet, with full time security too. I felt very safe. As my first time in Zanzibar i felt very welcomed. Thank you.

My 3 week stay at Wanja's place was peaceful and I felt at home. Wanja and the Aura Space Team were always responsive to my inquires and accommodating to my needs during my stay. This was my first visit to East Africa and to Zanzibar so I appreciated each of the dining and sightseeing suggestions Wanja provided. The area was very walkable and I met many friendly locals who helped to make my stay enjoyable. I would stay at Wanja's place again.

In der Wohnung war ausreichend viel Platz für 4 Personen. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Strand war innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Das spektakulärste war jedoch der Rooftop Pool von dem Gebäude nebenan. Man hatte einen atemberaubenden Blick über die Stadt und das Meer. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

we had a really nice stay. Happy is a very responsive host and always helpful. apartment is nice and clean and the cleaner comes regularly. One time she even noticed the sink was having issues and immediately called the fundi to repair it. The location is great, right in the centre of Masaki. internet works well and we were able to work without issues. We will definitely be back!

The place has plenty of room for our family. Location off the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. A short walk to Palm Village if you are in the mood. Theresa was an excellent host, very responsive. If you plan on staying longer than a few days, You will probably have to pay for electricity. The process was easy. We enjoyed our extended stay here. Thanks!

Amazing apartment complex i enjoyed my time there, very family oriented and friendly. It’s near stores, restaurants, and a beautiful beach that I loved very much. The hosts are polite and friendly never had a complaint, I would highly recommend!!!

Tina was an amazing host, her place looks exacexactly like the pictures and in a very quiet neighborhood. She helped me alot showing me how to get around Tanzania and was very welcoming aswell.

모든것이 흠잡을곳이 없으나, 모스크 근처라 새벽에 소음이 많이 있으며, 비포장도로로 출입이 아주 불편합니다. 이것을 제외히면 아주좋은 숙소 입니다.

My family had a wonderful 4 nights staying at Margo’s property - very private, very large functional bedrooms with fans, air conditioning and private ensuites, plus a separate fully self contained 3rd bedroom. A beautiful pool, 24 hour security onsite, daily house cleaning by Ester. And the dogs were super friendly and great company. If you like football, pack your boots and enjoy a game with the locals on the pitch next door. If you like tapas or just really good food - recommend having dinner at “ To Be” which is approx 1km from Margo’s. Couldn’t find fault with the accommodation or the lovely Margo as a wonderful host, who was available, responsive but also gave us total privacy.

We loved staying at Gimstone's place. It's located in one of the safest neighborhoods in Dar es Salaam. We felt right at home right away. The building has great amenities, and it's a great community for children. It's also close to schools, beaches, malls, hospitals, and all things you need for a comfortable long term stay. We stayed for several months and loved our stay. Any issue we encountered was resolved once we brought it up. Will be staying here again when in Dar es Salaam.

We brought a large group to stay at Prisca's place for two weeks. Prisca was very communicative and extremely accommodating. She purchased additional mattresses, sheets, and towels for our group. She purchased a water dispenser for us when we requested one. There were some problems in the house during our stay (which is common in Tanzania), but her local staff were quick to help us. The house is massive and can accommodate a lot of people and has A/Cs and water heaters throughout. The kitchen is big but not particularly well stocked; we needed to buy a bunch of our own utensils in order to properly cook for so many people. The location is pretty far north of Dar, but it was worth it for the great price and Prisca's great service.

A lovely, relaxing place & we greatly enjoyed our stay! The staff was very helpful and provided everything we needed! The pool and landscaping is beautiful! We would definitely recommend! When the taxi they ordered to take us to the airport wasn’t able to haul all our things, Judith took us to the airport with her own vehicle so we could catch our flight!
