good place and very close to downtown very comfortable and safe

The place is beautiful, just like the pictures. They were always attentive and the parking was great. Amenities were missing in the room (shampoo, conditioner, cream, etc.) If you want to use the jacuzzi, it takes a long time to fill, and the water pressure is very low. The pillows are not that comfortable.

Very clean, comfy place. The bed was very comfortable, clean bathroom, good wifi signal. We had a bit of trouble finding the place mostly due to my not checking the messaging app he uses (which Airbnb won't let me mention). So Diego interrupted his afternoon to come meet us and show us the place - truly above and beyond the call of duty. My only reservation was that there was a moderate amount of street noise at some hours (but not enough to interfere with our sleep). Overall excellent experience.

We would highly recommend this stay! The view from our 2 bedroom unit was stunning and even better than the photos. It was perfect for our family with a great kitchen. They had a French press for coffee and included some excellent coffee. Half way through our stay we were brought fresh towels. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. They connected us with a great driver who had fair prices to explore the surrounding area. Things to note- it’s a steep uphill walk from town but it’s easy to get a moto taxi to get back home after dinner. There were some neighbourhood dogs that barked sometimes but that typical to Mexico and didn’t bother us much. We were able to walk from the rental to the trailhead to hike the Peña in about 15 minutes. We absolutely loved hanging out on the private patio with the amazing view, beautiful cactus and flowers.

A good place, as it is very close to the rock, beautiful view, quiet and very safe. Ivan's service was good and fast Only the Wifi network failed, but overall everything was very good ☺️ Recommend it very highly

i wasn't planning on staying in Pena De Bernal, but i did. I'm also glad I stayed here! the room was super clean and it smelled good. the restaurant was also Super good

The place is very well located, close to the center, it is comfortable to go to eat to typical places and a very good public I start to visit several points of the highlands! The place is very comfortable and with a very nice view from the terrace! Selene is a very friendly host, she was always attentive to what we needed and gave us several local recommendations!

It's the first reservation with my Airbnb account and I must say, Carlota set the bar very high. I am someone who believes that details make the difference, and she definitely takes care of even the smallest ones. I would put a list of all the nice surprises we found but it is better that you experience and enjoy them as much as we did. The house is amazing, the beds are super comfortable, very clean, with all the utensils and even some condiments for cooking, the pool with the heating is worth it (it felt like a Jacuzzi), and Carlota's attention was great. Totally recommended. I'll definitely be back 😍

Excellent place, very clean, José was always available, the house is close to downtown, it was a family trip and we were very comfortable, it's not luxurious but you feel safe and at home

It is a very quiet place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, Fatima was very attentive, we had total privacy, the water was always warm! We loved it

Very nice house, pity we couldn't enjoy it as we entered late and had to leave it early. One of the bathrooms ran out of water in the shower. We needed a morning coffee.

Excellent our stay , I recommend the property widely , the area is very quiet, everything is very clean and much better than in the photos, the terrace is very nice and with heat in all the rooms. We will definitely return .
