About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a mobile home for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it. So, if you are looking for nature, relaxing, reading, hiking etc... join us.

Cottage with amazing view and 15 min drive to lake

We're welcoming you to Cozy Yak, our cozy mountain cottage with a breathtaking view of all the valley. It's just been renewed it and it's our family's regular getaway spot. It has a wonderful living area, two balconies, two bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft, you'll fall in love with. House is surrounded by a big garden (800m2) with lots of grass, trees and berry bushes. It's just 15 min drive from wonderful Velenje lake and beach, so you won't miss a second of fun either.

Apartment in Varaždin, equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay. TV, WiFi, air conditioning... The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a quality sofa bed in the living room. Equipped kitchen (coffee maker,stove, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher) with dining table. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer. The apartment is located in a residential building, on the second floor. About 15 minutes walk to the center of Varaždin.

Built in 2020, this beautiful and spacious apartment features a kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a 50-inch TV, a bathroom with oversized shower, king size bed, underfloor heating, AC unit and brand new furniture. Parking is in front of the apartment in a fenced garden. Beautifully decorated and pleasant outdoor terrace of 30 m2 is enough to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. The main square, bars and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away.
