Newly renovated cottage of 131 m2, on small enclosed gravel road in quiet cottage area. Large almost completely enclosed, secluded plot with sun all day. Possibility of ball games, croquet, etc. The house has a wonderful large living room with lots of light and exit to the sun farm. The living room is directly connected to the dining area and kitchen. Here's room for everyone, whether you want to put a puzzle or read, play, or watch TV. The two of the rooms are located on their own distribution hall with sliding doors to the sun farm.

Guest house with private shower and toilet

45 minutes from Copenhagen and 5 minutes from Frederikssund, this small guest house has its own bathroom and toilet and a small courtyard. The house is close to both Roskilde and Issefjorden and the large forests around Jægerspris. There is a small dog in the main house that has access to the courtyard and garden. The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Welcome to our lovely little oasis. Our wooden cottage of 48km2 contains one bedroom, kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Next to the main house, we have built an annex of 19 km2, which we are very happy about. You will have access to the annex if you book for more than 2 people.
