Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Cozy, simple cottage on a nature plot and walking distance to the water. The summerhouse is close to Copenhagen and it is possible to take the train and bus almost right to the door. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. Come and find peace of mind in the finest little cottage on a beautiful natural plot. You are surrounded by tall, beautiful trees - but there is also plenty of sun. Here is an enchanting peace - you only hear the birdsong (and a neighbor in between). There is a nice little beach 300 meters away at Isefjorden. The water is shallow far out and very child-friendly. A small forest is also within walking distance. Small, peaceful dogs are welcome. The plot is fenced with 60 cm fence facing the bush and 80 cm where it is more open.

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the treetops in Nordskoven and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue, you can really relax, recharge and enjoy nature at its very best. A few minutes from the forest, beach and close to shopping. We have furnished our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 years old are welcome. The house was built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric and hybrid cars

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.
