Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the treetops in Nordskoven and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue, you can really relax, recharge and enjoy nature at its very best. A few minutes from the forest, beach and close to shopping. We have furnished our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 years old are welcome. The house was built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric and hybrid cars

Beautiful cottage near forest and water

In this cozy summerhouse you can relax in quiet surroundings. The fjord and the forest are within walking distance from the summerhouse and Hansen's ice cream shop is only a small drive away. The cottage has a family room with room for both children and adults. In the summer, you can enjoy the large enclosed garden with all kinds of garden games and a trampoline. The terrace invites for coziness, relaxation, barbecue. During the cold months, you can float on the sofa, play a board game, and cozy up by the wood-burning stove.

Guest house with private bath and toilet

45 minutes from Copenhagen and 5 minutes from Frederikssund, this small guest house has its own bathroom and toilet and a small courtyard. The house is close to both Roskilde and Issefjorden and the large forests around Jægerspris. There is a small dog in the main house that has access to the courtyard and garden. No smoking inside the small guest house There is takeaway within a 5 km radius; sushi, Thai food, pizza, McDonald's, burgers, grill, Asian, Chinese No smoking inside, you can smoke outside in the courtyard

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.

Hyggeligt og roligt sommerhus centralt i Kulhuse med charme og sjæl! Huset har stue og køkken-alrum i et, badeværelse og 2 værelser med dobbeltseng (det ene også med børneseng). Stue med sovesofa. Huset er børnevenligt med legetøj i hus og have. I haven er der terrasse, bålplads, pizzaovn, hængekøje, legehus og gynger. Ingen støj fra vej. 5 min gang til indkøb, 10 min gang til strand & 5 min kørsel til skov.

You can use our wall charger to charge your electrical car (Payment per KW)

Lovely half double house with two rooms, kitchen, living room (with sofa bed) and bathroom. Close to shopping, ice cream house, cafe, forest, museums and water. It is 55 minutes drive to Copenhagen city center. Walking distance to bus. The residence is located on the same property as our private residence.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
