Ivan was very attentive and the caretaker João was very helpful and kind in all communications. The view is beautiful and the trail to the waterfall inside the property is super accessible and well maintained, providing a wonderful experience in the midst of nature. Not to mention that the city is super close and the road is quiet, the house is easy to find. If you want to relax, you'll definitely enjoy it.

Ana Paula's house is amazing! It is very spacious and has everything you need for a long stay, nice enough to rest and forget about everything! Ana Paula was very nice and gave us clear instructions on how to get there and when leaving the house. Very happy with the stay and highly recommended!

The Cristina space is a find to relax and enjoy with or without pet. The house is facing the dam in a place with few houses, ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking or simply contemplating. About the calm, despite the work in the house next door and some visitors to the dam with loud sound, nothing affected the tranquility of the days we spent. The space is extremely functional, with all the comfort of the city in the countryside (appliances, Wi-Fi, TV with streaming, distracting games). For those who have pet run like mine the place is ideal, every screen, which allows them to leave them loose throughout the stay. It was sensational days that made us want to always come back.

Beautiful house. There were 8 of us and the house served us very well. The view of the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, she sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. My only addition would be the mega ramp to access the house. Keep this in mind, as it is extremely muddy and it was quite difficult to get out (we even had to deflate the car tires).

It was a lovely stay. The hosts' house is beautiful with a very well-designed architectural project! Spacious, clean, well-decorated, quality furniture and everything you need for a couple and/or family stay. The whole house is immersed in nature. We were able to contemplate nature inside and outside the house. The place is quiet and in a colder part of the city, which provided delicious cold nights with a fire and fireplace. We took advantage of everything the house offered and we didn't want to leave. Blankets, linens, heaters and fireplace present and working perfectly. Kitchen equipped with beautiful and complete crockery with sets. Everyone loved the house and we'd come back next time. A solitary host and always quickly available to assist us.

I stayed one night in SJC with my mother, and we really liked the apartment. Safe environment, with good ventilation, lighting, everything organized, very comfortable bathroom and a wonderful shower! Too bad I didn't have time to use the sauna and gym, haha I will definitely return. I recommend it.

We love the apt and the location. It was a great time, we even understood the stay. A full kitchen, a good gas shower and a good bed to sleep in is what a mother needs. Everything is clean. The little market downstairs was an advance in our lives and the washer and dryer saved us with the children's clothes. The only point, irrelevant to some, is that the apartment does not have a blackout curtain, so the external light (mall lights) make the apartment bright at night, especially the living room and double bedroom. I'm warning you, because there are people who only sleep in a very dark room, like my son. In addition, everything perfect. A place that would be joyful again.

We felt at home because we've stayed here before! The apartment is as described and pictured. The host sent us messages for an easy check-in, the building is very safe, it has a 24-hour doorman. We'll be back again when we're in Itaquera visiting my nephew!
