We love the apt and the location. It was a great time, we even understood the stay. A full kitchen, a good gas shower and a good bed to sleep in is what a mother needs. Everything is clean. The little market downstairs was an advance in our lives and the washer and dryer saved us with the children's clothes. The only point, irrelevant to some, is that the apartment does not have a blackout curtain, so the external light (mall lights) make the apartment bright at night, especially the living room and double bedroom. I'm warning you, because there are people who only sleep in a very dark room, like my son. In addition, everything perfect. A place that would be joyful again.

I stayed one night in SJC with my mother, and we really liked the apartment. Safe environment, with good ventilation, lighting, everything organized, very comfortable bathroom and a wonderful shower! Too bad I didn't have time to use the sauna and gym, haha I will definitely return. I recommend it.

I and my family had a nice stay at Alex's apartment. The host was very attentive and quick to answer messages and ask questions. Before arriving in São José, he sent videos with all the necessary instructions and relevant information about the condominium. The apartment is cozy, and the ceiling fans made a difference in our stay. It is also well located, with everything you might need a few minutes away, such as bakery, markets, pharmacies, etc. We recommend to those who want to spend time in São José.

Rosa was very helpful and friendly. The accommodation was clean, organized. In the surroundings there is a pharmacy, square, museum, supermarket, cafeteria, making the stay more pleasant... The positioning of the stay should be evaluated calmly, since there is a certain limitation of exit routes, making the Uber routes a little longer. The context as a whole (accommodation, location, neighborhood) makes the place a rational, fair choice. The accommodation is simple but functional and worth the price.

Exactly as the listing shows, a new and spacious apartment. Host Cristiano was super flexible at both check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot! We miss a gym in the building and kitchen utensils, but the neighborhood has everything, we'll be back for sure!
