Well-located property, easy access to Via Dutra. The information provided in the listing was true to what was found. Too bad there is no monthly rental availability, otherwise everything is great.

The apartment is cozy, spacious and well ventilated. It has all the necessary household utensils if you want to prepare your own meal. The garage is covered and has a good location within the building. Location very close to the Shopping (5-minute walk), supermarket, bakery, restaurants and the entrance to the DCTA. The host was very helpful. I recommend it for any family looking for comfort and safety.

sandra's apartment is very nice! In addition to being very illuminated with a lot of ventilation, it is very well cared for! There's a concern for every detail. Kitchen has everything you need. Edgar was attentive from the moment of booking, welcomed us with great cordiality, showed us the place, gave us some tips on what is nearby and was available. It was very flexible at check-in and check-out, the flat is very comfortable.

The place is great, all tidy and complete, very cozy. The only thing missing was an electronic gate in the garage, which is on the ground next to it, as the street is extremely naughty.

I recommend the apartment, good location, all the shops and a large supermarket are nearby, it is safe at night and you can walk. The apartment is perfectly clean, everything you need is there.
