Wow Billy’s place made us envious and think of lottery wins :-) it is the beach house of our dreams. Stunning! We loved it. If you have the chance don’t miss out on visiting it. The area was wonderful too. The Hana steak restaurant was expensive but AMAZING! Billy gave us tons of help with recommendations and went above and beyond! Perfect place to spend my birthday! Thank you Billy!

Loved our quick stay here. House is clean & spotless while having all the things we needed to feel right at home. The place has character and is decorated well, doesn't feel like some heartless airbnb unit, feels like a home. Very much appreciated that! Steps from the beach Comfortable onsen bath Nearby supermarket Friendly and helpful hosts I'd definitely stay again if I'm ever in this neck of the woods. Cheers!

Log Out Cabin is one of a kind. My partner and I love staying in beautiful remote off the beaten track places and this was exactly that. The drive off the main road makes you realize how remote the cabin actually is (but the drive is not intimidating). The cabin itself is beautifully constructed with amazing slabs of natural wood as the stairs and counters. I was shocked at the quality of the sound system and music equipment. It was just my partner and I staying at the place as we were touring around Japan but this would be an awesome place to rent with friends and have a weekend getaway! Would highly recommend Log Out Cabin!

ロッジのプランにて宿泊させていただきました。道の渋滞によりサウナの時間をずらしたいとギリギリに電話したところ、会いている時間に変更してくださり助かりました。設備や室内も写真に乗っているよりもかなり綺麗で逆写真詐欺みたいな感じで嬉しかったです！インターネットへの接続が悪く、Wi-Fiもありましたが部屋での接続は切れてしまいそこが不自由でした。そのほかはすごくよく値段も安いのにいい体験ができました！

We had a great stay, within a few minutes walk you are on the beach. We could hear the ocean from the house. Everything in the house was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped to make us feel at home. We appreciated the tea and coffee too! We can't wait to come back in summer.

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this stay was exceptional. Yuke, his partner and son Kyle were an utter delight. Nothing was too much trouble. Every detail had been thought about. I would rate this 5 star plus. Shimoda was a wonderful place to visit after Tokyo. Could have stayed longer than 3 nights. Worth walking to Sotoura for a change. Lovely beach. Wonderful swim. Cable car or ‘rope way’ is a lovely thing to do. Get to Gelato for ice cream and coffee! Lovely friendly people.

観光で混み合うシーズンに格安で、且つ犬連れで泊まれるのはありがたかったでく！古い建物であることや、トイレの狭さ、お風呂やシャワーがないことは事前に了解の上での利用でしたし、その一方で内装はキレイでお掃除も行き届いており、アメニティも充実していたのでとても過ごしやすかったです。ありがとうございました！

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sea—it’s the perfect spot to relax. The living room is very spacious and comfortable, with a great TV for entertainment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, which was super convenient. Parking is available right next to the house, which made things even easier. One thing to note: if you’re taller than 1.80m (5’11”), be mindful of the low door frames—it’s more suited for shorter individuals. However, this was a small detail compared to the overall experience. The balcony and the sea view truly made this stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Det var et skønt sted væk fra storby. Vil man gerne til en hyggelig by er Shimoda en 30 min væk i bus. Vær dog opmærksom på at den ikke køre så tit. Det er en fed strand til bodyboard. Der er to ved huset som vi lånte. Du skal ikke være bange for naturen. Den kommer tæt på. Man vender sig til det. Kenichi er en perfekt vært der hjælper hvis der er brug for det. Jeg kan klart anbefale at leje denne hyggelige bolig.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft mit einmaliger Aussicht. Morgens erwacht man zum Sonnenaufgang und dem beruhigenden Klang von Vogelgezwitscher. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber, die mit wertvollen Tipps und stets hilfsbereiter Art für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt sorgen. Der Blick auf die umliegende Natur ist einfach atemberaubend – der perfekte Ort für Erholung.
