It is a beach house along the Sotoura coast that can be accessed by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station.50 meters from Sotoura Coast.The beach is accessible barefoot and the outside shower is comfortable. This cottage has 6 tatami mats in the bedroom, a living room (4.5 tatami mats + 8 tatami flooring, including a kitchen), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a 100-inch large-screen projector. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. This tiny house is within walking distance to all the beaches in Kisami. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. Access is 10 minutes by bus from Izukyu Shimoda Station, get off at Iritah stop and walk 3 minutes, or 5 minutes by car from Izukyu Shimoda Station. This is the perfect place to stay for a family.We can accommodate up to 6 guests at no additional cost.The concept is "staying here as if you live".The retro Japanese house has plenty of Japanese emotions.Located on a hill with windows in three directions, so Shimoda Park, Shimoda Port, and Shimoda downtown have views from the castle.Especially the evening view is spectacular.Located in the city, it's also within walking distance of food, hot spring public baths, supermarkets, post offices, convenience stores, and tourist attractions.You can walk to the sailor area to Izu Nanijima and the famous fishing spot "Dog Running Island", and the Shimoda Underwater Aquarium is also close.It is a 15-minute walk from Iukiko Shimoda Station.Reception and check-in will be at the NPO Izu in Kamo 6 "Taruya" (Shimoda-shi 3-1-23), which is a 5-minute walk.Parking is available for 1 car at a 2 minute walk.It is located on a high level up the stairs so wheelchair correspondence is not possible.Also, carrying heavy luggage is a bit difficult.

The terrace, created to view the starry sky and sea from the ocean, features a jacuzzi and hammock swing, where you can relax and enjoy the gentle breeze. From the terrace, go up one more level to the sky deck, where you can look out and see only nature. A breathtaking view spreads out. You can hear the slow flow of the Izu sea and fishing boats, as well as the babbling of the brook and the sound of birds. It's the best detox. When you enter the front door of the cottage, the green of the trees and the sparkling light of the sea will catch your eye. The 20-tatami mat open atrium living room has a sofa, kitchen with a fireplace, loft, and a relaxing space.

This house is a traditional 20 year old Japanese house. It is totally private as it's surrounded by trees. There is a walkway 5 minutes down to Shirahama Beach which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in Japan. We have added a large deck to the house for outdoor living. The bedrooms are very traditional Japanese. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We have a coffee machine, rice cooker, screen with HDMI chord (adapter needed for your device) and blue tooth speaker for your use.

It's a 3-minute walk from JR Inatori Station. It is a very quiet place, and it is a private rental house located in the atmospheric streets of a rural port town. It is a cozy place like returning to your parents' house in the countryside. The house is made of pure, soft, and warm cedar, and everything is finished with beeswax, so it is safe for babies and a very calming place. Inatori is also an easy place to go to Minamiizu, Nishiizu, etc. Please stay at this house.
