Monthly Rentals in Iwata

A very nice and spacious place to stay. Air conditioning and washer with dryer function were very helpful and convenient. Mr. Kobayashi of Skyland was very friendly and helpful. Hamamtsu train station is a bit away from the accommodation without a car. If possible, he drove us to the train station or picked us up from there. Otherwise we took the taxi. Bikes are at your disposal. Mr. Kobayashi also thought about what could please my 8-year-old daughter's activities. We gratefully took home many beautiful memories.

Mai’s house was very cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. I enjoyed my time there a lot, it’s about a 10-15 minute bus ride from the city center, and it a nice escape. The amenities were all great, Mai left everything you need! And she has a book of local recommendations for you to check out as well! Overall, great place!

Unique residence. IM sure at one time the front was a store of some sort, then the residence in the rear. Must have a lot of history, thats why I chose this place. Its very dated and well upkept.

The host was so nice. It was a little far from the subway station to the house, but on the late arrival day, it was so nice to pick you up at the station. During the day, there was a bus stop right in front of the accommodation, so it was easy to go to the subway station.
