Wonderful house in my Simrishamn

In this beautiful house you live spaciously and with your own garden in the middle of Simrishamn. It is close to the sea, beach and lovely walks. You have the city's restaurants around the corner but also a lovely environment for cooking, barbecuing and enjoying in a wonderful setting. The kitchen is amazing for those who love to cook and outside the door there is both a barbecue and generous dining area in the sun. The house has lovely atmosphere and many comfortable rooms to hang out, a cozy library and charming veranda. There's a place to enjoy.

About this space Welcome to our charming 300 year old monk's cottage outside Kristianstad on a working horse farm. Entire house with separate courtyard garden, small pool for personal use and a larger shared swimming pool. We are 10 minutes from Kristianstad, 20 minutes from Ahus and the same to beautiful beaches along the coast.
